Hotel Portrait Roma! Is incredible not just because of the great location, beautiful roof top or big size beds. It was truly the staff that made our experience memorable. They went above and beyond for us to make it feel like home. Everyone was so friendly and warmed hearted especially to our little boy. We actually miss them! We would highly recommend this place! It’s a place we call home in Italy. Thank you to all who served us and took the best care to my family. Be back because of you guys!

This is an incredible hotel. The location is fantastic, just mere steps from the Via Condotti. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, featuring Ferragamo products. The staff is professional, gracious and friendly. They were so helpful prior to and during our stay. Breakfast is bountiful with a variety of hot and cold offerings, amazing pastries and an incredible view of the city. Further amenities included arrival cocktails and an in-room, evening tea service. These were all just personal touches which made our stay all the more wonderful. We really didn’t want to leave but we are looking forward to returning in the future.

A most welcoming environment, small boutique hotel with all the amenities and treats one could expect. Lovely service, perfect location, tasteful decor. A perfect place to stay in Rome.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a surprising terrazzo only for hotel guests. Rooms are huge and beautiful with the most amazing Ferragamo style and appointments. It is in the heart of shopping Mecca. Be aware of narrow streets makes arrival and departure an adventure. Fitness center is outside the hotel at nearby outside gym.

This was our second stay at the Portrait Roma within two years. We took the train from Venice to Rome before our Mediterranean Cruise. Portrait Roma's Simone picked us up at the Train Station! We could not believe it! He came into our Train Car, to our seat location and grabbed our luggage. He then guided us through the train station to our waiting private driver! The entire way, Simone engaged with us and welcomed us back! Once inside the hotel, The GM Gianluca, welcomed us with drinks. Then, they surprised us with a room upgrade to a Jr. Suite! We were thrilled! Philip then managed our luggage and showed us around our fabulous, delightful, clean room. They gave us a present for my husband's retirement. A beautiful book about Rome! The room was full of drinks and treats. Alessia and Ecam made our dinner reservations. Upon our return on our first night, we had turn down service and more treats and a delicious bottle of wine! Margarite, our server for breakfast made me feel so welcome. And Alex, the Bartender on the roof deck taught us a few Italian phrases. Madelenna helped us with check out and getting a taxi for our big touring day! Our only regret is our schedules never aligned to visit Florentina. She was our delightful Guide on our first visit in 2023 which was just as fabulous as our second visit. While we do not plan on a return to Rome, Portrait Roma will be the reason we DO return. We stayed at the Hotel Cipriani in Venice prior to our extended stay at Portrait Roma. The Cipriani cannot hold a candle to the quality, beauty, service and joy found at the Portrait Roma. It is truly like living in a home with your own small Roman Apartment. The roof deck is divine. The room is stunning. The staff is simply exquisite. Thank you for making our trip magical and memorable. We will be back!
