The staff was so friendly and so helpful. The food, even though they called it “light” was absolutely delicious. The hotel was immaculate and so well located.

The attention to detail by all the staff was simply amazing. Everyone who worked there remembers my name and I mean everyone. It happened to be my birthday on the day I checked it and they were ready to make it memorable from a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to a birthday cake. The Conceirge service was also top notch. I was trying to book a restaurant on my own but couldn’t get a table but somehow they could do it. The rooms were spacious and very luxurious and the complimentary snack counter was so well stocked, I wasn’t able to even try all the snacks on offer. The location was superb, right smack in the middle of all the luxury boutiques, which is why I booked it in the first place.

Our family trip to Rome was unforgettable thanks to our stay at the Portrait Roma. From the moment we arrived, a warm greeting and enthusiastic staff made us feel truly welcome. Everyone there went above and beyond for both us and our 12YO son. The location made sightseeing and shopping effortless. There is a beautiful view of the Spanish Steps from the hotel. We found that we could walk to almost every sight and restaurant we wanted. Spacious rooms, outstanding service, warm, attentive hospitality and truly tailored recommendations made this a perfect five-star stay for our family. We can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent place to stay, right in the heart of Rome. It’s like a private residence with friendly and very helpful staff 7th floor lounge view is breathtaking and the care team will guide you to the right restaurant and shopping. Suite was spacious and even had a sauna and stationary bike to burn the calories from the amazing pasta and breads Morning breakfast is a treat. Will highly recommend

We had a lovely time at Portrait Roma. The hotel is small and perfectly located. The room was delightful. The staff could not have been more helplful and assisted us with many things--booking all our dinner reservations, arranging an excellent tour of old Rome, etc. Breakfast was delicious.
