A True Gem in the Heart of Rome
Great staff, facilities, food and location. This was an exceptional experience and reccomend for others to stay at these hotels by Portrait Hotels including the Hotel Lungarno (in Firenze). Other luxury hotels in the area are the same as in every city but the Portrait Roma offered a friendly oasis in the heart of the city enabling us to enjoy Rome and experience it anew! Thank you to the entire team at Portrait Roma!

The best in Rome
It was perfect They bring us everything we want to our room And the stuff was so nice especially Ecem & Giorgio. Also the location is in the center and you can see from their balcony the spanish steps. Absolutely beautiful Highly recommend !!! I can't wait to come back.

What a view
Unique experience - but seeing the spanish steps and the famous “birthday cake” from the rooftop made it worth it. Great service, very personalized, and ultimately, of course, impeccable views.

Perfection. I am a Ferragamo fan (have been for decades) and so this is a no-brainer. Luxurious and an amazing experience.

Exceptional experience
This hotel and staff are 10/10. They went above and beyond with the smallest of details from nighttime tea in our room, to robes and slippers (and a surprise game console) for the children. This has been one of the most personalized, exceptional hotel experiences I have ever had. We will absolutely be back.
