Another perfect stay at Portrait Roma hotel
As we always do when we visit in Rome, my husband and myself stayed at this hotel. It was a short stay of 2 nights, but it was perfect as usual. The room, the staff headed by the hotel’s manager, the facilities. When I try to define what is a real elite boutique hotel, I immediately have in mind this hotel. What a perfect vacation!!!

5 stars is not enough
From the moment we arrived Signore Zaza and his amazing staff treated us like royalty. Their kindness and generosity were unparalleled, they made us feel like family. Every detail was perfect from the exquisite Via Condotti Suite and ultra cool rooftop bar to the birthday cake they surprised us with for our daughter’s 21st birthday. It’s easy to see why they have Forbes 5 star and Michelin ratings. We travel quite a bit and this was the best hotel we have ever experienced.

Ultra Luxury Boutique hotel with service at a different level!
The attention to detail by all the staff was simply amazing. Everyone who worked there remembers my name and I mean everyone. It happened to be my birthday on the day I checked it and they were ready to make it memorable from a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to a birthday cake. The Conceirge service was also top notch. I was trying to book a restaurant on my own but couldn’t get a table but somehow they could do it. The rooms were spacious and very luxurious and the complimentary snack counter was so well stocked, I wasn’t able to even try all the snacks on offer. The location was superb, right smack in the middle of all the luxury boutiques, which is why I booked it in the first place.

Our family trip to Rome was unforgettable thanks to our stay at the Portrait Roma. From the moment we arrived, a warm greeting and enthusiastic staff made us feel truly welcome. Everyone there went above and beyond for both us and our 12YO son. The location made sightseeing and shopping effortless. There is a beautiful view of the Spanish Steps from the hotel. We found that we could walk to almost every sight and restaurant we wanted. Spacious rooms, outstanding service, warm, attentive hospitality and truly tailored recommendations made this a perfect five-star stay for our family. We can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
