Our stay at Gran Meliá Rome Villa Agrippina was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy the magic of Rome. What made this experience so special, however, was the people. The staff are truly the sixth star of the hotel. Their warmth, kindness, and professionalism made us feel more like guests in a home than visitors in a hotel. A special thank you to Alessandro, whose attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. His care and dedication truly reflect the spirit of the hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a place in Rome where luxury meets heartfelt hospitality, this is it. I will definitely return.

Gorgeous hotel in a calm setting with lovely gardens- perfect after the hustle & bustle of the city. Very clean and well run. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff. Great breakfast buffet with a wide choice, the pastries and cakes were delicious. The bar area was beautifully furnished and very relaxing. The ladies in the concierge were very helpful. Easy to get around by buses nearby. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed three nights at this wonderful hotel. All the staff here are amazing and do everything they can to ensure your stay is perfect. A particular big thank you to the concierge staff that were able to recommend great restaurants that can accommodate food allergies as well as an authentic Roma food experience. The restaurant team in both the lounge and at breakfast were equally brilliant, and provided great service, food and again could accommodate our son’s nut and peanut allergies. The room we were allocated was spotless, comfortable and situated with a lovely view over the gardens. Thank you to all the team at the hotel, we left feeling very well looked after and we would return in the future.

100% recommended. Very close to the Vatican and very well connected to the center of Rome, both on foot and by public transport. My sincere thanks to the whole team. Special mention to: Elenora on the Concierge Desk, Paola from the Front Desk, Sara from the spa, and Francesca from the Guest Experience Team. You made our stay unique. From TheLevel at the Palacio de los Duques, a Gran Meliá Hotel Madrid, I send you all a big hug, my friends.

A lovely hotel with warm and friendly attentive staff. We stayed for 5 nights at the Villa Agrippina, an impressive and comfortable hotel which is situated just 15 minutes walk or so to the main city centre, so a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle, and easy walking distance to the Vatican. In fact, we walked everyday to all the popular sights from the hotel (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc) without needing taxis or buses, but we enjoy walking so we chose to. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and concierge were very helpful throughout our stay while suggesting some lovely restaurants nearby too. Thank you Andre Rose!! Our morning breakfasts were delicious with a lovely choice of hot and cold freshly prepared options and great Italian coffee as served always with a smile by our courteous waiter Antonino every morning. We also appreciated the personal written notes both upon arrival and our night before departure. It's not just the sights and sounds of a holiday destination that makes memories, but also the hotel and people that look after you too! Thank you all !
