The Pearl Hotel

Professional, courteous and friendly staff. Accommodations were excellent and the view spectacular. The Pearl provides guest with specific amenities, at no charge, that other 5 star hotels do not. Incredible attention to detail.

First of all the location is very close to the beach which is amazing the doorman was a gem but everything else was poor. This is NOT a family friendly hotel. It was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day they did NOTHING for children . It would be customary at any high end hotel you give a child a trinket or some special touches for Christmas or even Santa visiting nada ! The pool is ONLY for 18+ and the other pool for kids indoor is far away and I asked them for a shuttle there’s NONE . What ????? The bikes you get none are for kids so how we we bike ? Didn’t use anything . The food was over priced but delicious hence two stars . I had a man come into my room when I’m in my pjs to fix my door scared the crap out of me and he said they put a ticket for the door and he didn’t even know someone was staying here !!!! We heard a bunch of loud banging early in an before waking several times no idea what from . My daughter is vegan and on Xmas nothing was opened went to the rooftop bar she’s starving melting down and they said oh we have vegan food hummus and veggies ?!!!!! For Xmas dinner ?!!! They didn’t even explain that downstairs I could make something work . I had to go around the area and hotel to finally figure out i could order her soup and yogurt downstairs which after all the stress that was her Christmas dinner . She melted down for the rest of the day because of it and they had nothing for her to keep her occupied beside a sticker . No toys no coloring books nothing . I went into their little area and there was a turtle book sponsored by them that they said was for sale . Those should be customary for kids for Christmas since there’s absolutely nothing here for them . It was wild . You’re spending thousands here you get service like a motel . I would never recommend this for the high price unless you’re older maybe you’d enjoy this . But I visit luxury hotels on the regular and have never received poor service like this .

Higher end boutique hotel has everything you need for a fun family trip. The staff was outstanding- top notch service with smiles. Location is ideal for Rosemary Beach as everything is in quick walking distance.

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff! We thought the rooms were great and very clean. The whole experience was terrific and we would definitely come again.

Staff was very helpful and responsive. Room was very nice. We enjoyed the bar and small bites. The location is great. Walking distance is a plus.
