We spent an unforgettable weekend celebrating the wedding of our close friends at Meneghetti. From the very first moment, the entire team left a truly special impression — their genuine care and attention to detail ensured that every moment was delivered at the highest level. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team: the property was absolutely immaculate, with every detail perfectly in place. It truly elevated the entire experience. We had a really great day at Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery. The food was excellent, the wine even better, and the staff were honestly above every standard but still very relaxed and natural. Before dinner we went for a long walk around the Bale countryside — beautiful area, quiet, olive trees everywhere. Came back a bit hungry and the dinner and wine did the job perfectly. Simple as that: great food, great wine, great people. Hard to complain about anything. 🍷

beautiful location for long walks and bike rides, atmosphere and style the most beautiful place and hotel for a vacation in Croatia, full of beautiful details inside the hotel and rooms. Food excellent, wines from the own winery phenomenal as always. Staff very helpful. Rooms are huge on 2 floors with a beautiful furnished terrace for sitting and lying outside. Everything so clean. On a much higher level than the Tuscan villas we have been to. The price is not at all high for what the hotel and hacienda offer. This is certainly one of the destinations we will return to often.

I stayed in the hotel associated with the winery. See separate review for hotel experience. The restaurant is large and extremely nicely laid out, much of it in the covered terrace built on the side of the old farmhouse. The chef is totally brilliant. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and tasted great. Highlights for me were the use of local black truffles. As I was staying I’ve the Christmas period I ate there 6 times over 4 days. There are plenty of different choices on the different lunch and dinner menus. The wine list is HUGE, with a large selection of wine from the vineyard and all around Istria. There are also international wines eg from France and Italy. The sommelier Andy was exceptional - we had fun together debating the nose of certain wines. The waitresses are also so professional and friendly, especially Lucia and Nika. This place is great for a few special meals in you are a foody and a wine buff.
