Food is bad no taste compare to 2023 food review. Everything is taste i dian food
Hi, I was there 2023 was very good good food, now i meet a india chef were the food is different taste. I will direct no taste.. I understand you one and only group kernez group paid indian chef cheap salary. Did indian chef know as french, swiss chef how to create taste which product use. No.. Indian chef only good in paper work. Show company he reduce bla bla. And same menu. But the menu is horrible. The pastry dessert also unbelievable when see the dessert you dont want to eat.. Why hiring cheap chef make you great. We paid big money for one day. We expect good thing product. We are not asking high level michelin food. We demand good taste food. Not a street food india. Thank you

Heaven on Earth
It's probably the most incredible hotel that I have ever been to. Unbelievable level of hospitality, service, food, and design in one place. Even without a gorilla track, it's truly a gem to stay for pure relaxation and meditation. The whole team was very warm and friendly. Julien is an excellent resort manager; he was super helpful. We recommend this place to everyone who would like to feel like they're in heaven.

Luxury at its best
Just an amazing experience when coupled with a gorilla trek. Luxury without bounds! The compound is large enough that you can enjoy it all on one the resorts e-bikes. Food is just amazing! Bungalows are tucked away in a lush eucalyptus forest with the most amazing gardens and plantings everywhere. The staff are fabulous also.

Excellent though too expensive
Rooms are most comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful . The estate is well laid out and the dining areas and bars pleasant, inviting. The location is very suitable for Gorilla viewing . The only caveat I would have is that even with its location and very good Hotel standard the price is a little too high in several thousand dollars per night
