Fairmont St Andrews

I’ve stayed in lots of Fairmont around the world as well as other lovely hotels, but this is by far my favorite for its beautiful views and amazing service. Our flight was delayed a couple of hours and we had arrange for their Transportation. Of course they were waiting for us, but called and wanted to know if they could order food and have it in the room waiting since the kitchen would be closed when we got there. Throughout the day the service was spectacular. The concierge team and especially Ben made this day perfect. We loved being a little bit out of town and having all the acreage for hiking +2 golf courses. Both were also nice.

Visited last week with family for the afternoon tea. Genuinely the best afternoon tea we’d had and fantastic value for money! Particularly impressed with the cake selection, the detail on the handmade decorations were brilliant! Special thank you to Joseph for making our visit memorable - his service was second to none

Thank you to Millie and Gordon for looking after us today (3 adults and a dog). We were given directions while heading to St Andrews on the Fife Coastal Path which took us onto the golf course. We were tired after already walking 10 miles but struggled to get further on in our walk due to being in the wrong area and no signs of access to the beach. Millie and Gordon came a long a picked up in golf buggies and took us to a restaurant area. We decided that we had walked enough and they organized a taxi for us back to our car in St Andrews. We were tired and so grateful for their help and kindness they showed us. I highly recommend this hotel (I've used it before). They staff are always accommodating, respectful and kind. Thank you

Stayed overnight at the Fairmont to celebrate 15 year wedding anniversary. Had the most perfect stay. Rooms were incredible, staff were the best and we will be back as soon as possible.

Come on guys just literally paid £5 for a capsule of flat white coffee at the clubhouse and a service charge where we weren’t even asked or provided any service the barman literally only done his job and handed us the bottle of coke and a glass at bar and we had to get the coffee ourselves, really disappointed!!
