Overall the week was really good walking distance in to st Andrews. Cottage was ideal throughout our stay staff very helpful clean and tidy no starter pack . 3 to 4 star allowed us to have 3 dogs very helpful to keep price down for the family.

Fabulous quite retreat with easy access to St Andrews

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

We loved our time in one of Rufflets luxury Shepherds hut's. Our family of three was cozy and happy in the spotless and well appointed accomadation. With its convenient location a few minutes drive from St Andrews, we loved everything about our stay and hope to stay again when we're next in the area.

Horrible night of unrest due to bad bed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Funeral home vibes, it’s too warm, too quiet, outdated, no staff anywhere to be found at the front desk. Horrible, dilapidated broken bed, we spent the night very uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy and sloping, and broken. We checked out immediately after a one night stay.

Disappointed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The toilet in our room was constantly overfilling noisily and was not rectified for our second nights stay-something that affects your sleep should be rectified as a matter of urgency.
