Exceeded expectations
Hotel was brilliant, and the room was so good that we decided to extend our stay another night whilst there to enjoy it further.

Cosy stay.
Cosy,relaxing,informal but high standard of accomodation and service. Beautiful setting and area for a short break. Informal but luxurious country house style hotel. Highly recommend.

Amazing ❤️
I booked this as one of my boyfriend’s birthday presents, and was delighted with the outcome. Our room was lovely and clean. We booked a table for 7.30, arrived at 7.15 and were seated, we had a bottle of bubbly alongside some wine and a pint. The meal was fabulous from start to finish, and the best part was our server Lewis. I have worked in hospitality since the age of 13 and I really appreciate good service, he was fabulous from his chat to the knowledge he had on the menu, and I never had to pour my prosecco once he did it every time. The meal was also great, starters of octopus and scallops, mains of duck and stone bass and a mixture of Lewis’s recommends desserts. Rufflets was amazing 🩷 It was insanely quiet though! Please do give it a shot!
