Enjoyed a lovely, relaxing stay in this special property, gardens are absolutely incredible! Welcoming and attentive staff and perfect quiet location on the edge of town. Would 100% recommend and look forward to returning at some point in the future.

1924 - the last time it was cleaned
Disappointing hotel in St Andrews. Room was filthy and check in woman was not friendly at all. Room was roasting and does not have air con. Garden was nice. Breakfast was ok but service was really slow. Won’t stay here again.

Cozy Boutique Hotel in a great location
Rufflets 1924 is a cozy boutique hotel with extensive gorgeous gardens, in the countryside just outside the grime and congestion of St Andrews--and at a fraction of cost of the huge, unattractive and overpriced golfing hotels in town. Overall an excellent find--we would definitely return, and recommend highly to anyone heading to St Andrews.
