Was recently at the hotel with my partner and our experience was 100/10. All the staff were fantastic but Kaitlyn in particular was second to none. The attention to detail, her friendly and bubbly personality, her willingness, the list could go on and on. Please pass this onto her as she was fantastic and is a great asset to your hotel

Room so uncomfortably warm - unable to sleep. Very small fan which didn't help. Pointless going to a hotel to not have a restful stay.

We chose Rufflets to celebrate my sister's birthday and from start to finish we had a lovely relaxed stay. The hotel is only a few mins drive from the centre of St Andrews yet you are in the countryside. The hotel has a gorgeous patio, gardens and woodland walk. All the staff were friendly and professional and the food was excellent. A lovely place for a special celebration or relaxing break.

Not what we expected. Had heard good things about the hotel. Just disappointed with the mattress and the size of the bed. Both dinner and breakfast were poor too. I’m sure the hotel has become a bit complacent. We would t bother going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Lovely hotel and gardens.Only downside for us was the food.Same menu for lunch and dinner, food seriously lacked seasoning.Breakfasts were good and tasty, great breakfast menu.Improve lunch and dinner menus and seasoning and it would be a perfect hotel.
