Loved our experience at Rufflets. Close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle. The gardens were beautiful and relaxing. Great overall service. Loved the towels in the bathroom. Overall first class

Enjoyed a lovely, relaxing stay in this special property, gardens are absolutely incredible! Welcoming and attentive staff and perfect quiet location on the edge of town. Would 100% recommend and look forward to returning at some point in the future.

1924 - the last time it was cleaned
Disappointing hotel in St Andrews. Room was filthy and check in woman was not friendly at all. Room was roasting and does not have air con. Garden was nice. Breakfast was ok but service was really slow. Won’t stay here again.
