The Collector - Luxury Inn & Gardens

My husband and I just spent 4 wonderful days at the Collector Inn. Historic buildings, breathtaking grounds and super location. Just a stone’s throw from the bustling historic district, we walked back & forth multiple times daily. And yet, the noise and traffic cease as though by magic once you cross over the main street into the Inn’s neighborhood. The staff were delightful. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate; the pool was clean and the fire pits are lit at dusk. There is a cute little pub on the grounds which we unfortunately did not get around to visiting. The only negative was that these are old structures built without insulation, meaning no sound muffling. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Fabulous inn. Great location, staff and property. Melds history and comfort in a historical city. Loved the firepits - a great chance to sit with fellow guests and discuss the world while enjoying a beverage from their cute little bar. Rooms were compfortable and well-appointed. Great place for a three or four day recharge.

We stayed at the Collector Luxury Inn to celebrate our anniversary. It was a wonderful experience! The rooms are very well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The staff was amazing! We loved the pool, brick courtyard area, bar, and breakfast. We will definitely stay there again! The location to restaurants, museums and other things to do in St Augustine was a very short walk of 5-10 minutes.

This adults-only inn is located within St. Augustine's Historical District so it was convenient to walk to most sites and restaurants. The inn is actually a series of historical homes that house the rooms (more like apartments since every room has a mini-kitchenette & living area) within them. Some of them, like the one in which we stayed) also offer balconies (some that are private and some that are shared). We enjoyed the heated salt water pool and the two fire pits that were a-flame each morning & evening. There is also a bar on-site called The Well. A European Breakfast is available every morning too. We would have like to see a bit more variety with the offered items, but it was definitely a plus to be able to eat breakfast on-site every day. Will, the Valet, was super friendly and Regina, at the Front Desk, was very knowledgeable about things to do and restaurants to visit. All in all, a great stay! We would highly recommend this inn for those who are planning to visit St. Augustine.

My wife and I were in town for a weekend getaway. We have stayed at the inn probably a dozen times now. This weekend was as good as it always is. The inn is a unique experience. The staff was wonderful as usual. The front desk staff, breakfast folks, cleaning staff, valet and bartenders are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The grounds are well maintained and very relaxing. We look forward to our next visit
