Exceptional Stay from Start to Finish”
We had a wonderful stay at The Collector Inn. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, everything was exceptional. The staff are incredible—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was amazing and absolutely spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. We always love staying here, and once again, it was a truly wonderful experience. We can’t wait to return!

Peaceful, romantic and relaxing
Gorgeous grounds, exceptional staff, lovely pool and bar area. Lots of fresh breakfast choices and complimentary snacks in room.

Private, charming, fun.
The Collector Inn was delightful. Quiet, secluded and private although a block from several 'attractions'. Our room in one of about a dozen or so historic houses had everything we could need: TV, microwave, safe, fridge, updated shower, king-sized bed, etc. The Well Bar makes the best craft cocktails and is restricted to guests. The front desk/manager was extremely helpful; even the valet could not have been better. The Hop On - Hop Off trolley is only about a block away.

Wonderful Place to Stay
What a wonderful Inn. The staff was attentive, friendly and always available, if needed. The location is perfect as well. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to St. Augustine.

An Oasis.
An oasis. Came here with my elderly parents for a winter weather get away. The rooms are immacutately clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely. The atmosphere is charming and upscale and makes you feel like you are staying with a well heeled local. The staff and managment were very accommodating when we realized my parents would have trouble with the stairs to their room, despite being fully booked. This seems like the only truly luxury hotel in town - dont hesitate to stay here.
