About the Hotel
With its spectacular location in St Jean Bay, Eden Rock – St Barths has been the byword for one-of-a-kind hospitality ever since mercurial French Caribbean aviator adventurer and occasional treasure-seeker Rémy de Haenen first welcomed guests to his Eden Rock home on the ocean, during the 1950s. The place quickly established itself as the preferred private and discreet bolt-hole of many glamourous Hollywood characters who quickly became friends of St Barths. Howard Hughes Greta Garbo Robert Mitchum Gore Vidal Baron Rothschild David & Peggy Rockfeller Princess Lee Radziwill… amongst numbers of other fine beautiful and talented men and women… A sense of safety and freedom was established… and of style… and of casual elegance… and of spirit… and of ambition… and all of which continues to this day and is strengthened now with the regular welcoming of very many current and similarly interesting and brilliant celebrity guests and friends of modern times.

Best of the Best!
Renting a Villa through Eden Rock is the only way to go on the island. Having access to their beach, their concierge team, and more truly makes the trip so much more seamless and fun. Our Concierge, Hugues, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay.

Eden Rock St Barts
We had dinner at Eden Rock for our anniversary. Nice atmosphere, very cozy. Food was delicious. I had the chilean sea bass and my husband had the veal chop. The service was excellent. My only complaint was we sat down at 7:00 and they delivered our food at 7:20. Would recommend for a special occasion but very expensive.

Perfection
Eden Rock has a well deserved reputation. The location is ideal. The facilities, especially on the rock, are outstanding. The staff is amazing: professional, friendly and helpful. Food and drink both excellent. Great serving staff and bartenders. Can't forget the super concierge team. Our thanks for the 50th Anniversary recognition. We loved Eden Rock, relaxing at our room pool and we very much enjoyed touring the island. There is a lake not far from the property that offers a walking path and an opportunity to work off some of Eden Rock's fine food & drink. We rented a car which wasn't used very often. Best to take taxis in our opinion. Highly recommended island and resort..

Eden Rock Villa Perfection!
The entire Eden Rock Concierge team along with our fabulous butler, Kevin, made our stay absolutely perfect. Kevin tended to our every need and took care of everything we asked of him immediately. The concierge team was so helpful in planning our dining reservations in advance and ensuring we had everythig we needed lined up for our trip. First class service all around! That is why we adore Eden Rock! Villa Xanadu was the perfect home base for us on this trip!

Exceptional stay
Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Max, the beach waiters, and the waiters at breakfast. Was especially impressed with service at the beach which is where things fall apart at other resorts. Really an exceptional stay. Small note would be that it would be nice if departure VIP service at SXM was included like it is at arrival.
