Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa

The newly remodeled rooms are stunning. Light and airy yet so very rich and classic. Comfort through and through. The pool area is lovely and lively. It was welcoming to all ages though definitely caters to a young demographic ( yeah, servers in thongs … and mostly techno music. We were a bit disappointed that the lobby bar did not have hot tea or coffee options at night. We wanted to enjoy the ambiance of that area but were done with alcohol for the night. The only other bars available are in the noisy casino. In addition the “essentials” snack and gift shop was not open in the early evening hours. Table games in the Casino during the day and early evening were sparse but dealers were very fun and engaging. Several Slots areas were being reorganized and updated on the Monday we were there. Breakfast a Lucky Penny was great.

Used to be a premier property but not anymore. Nearly every bank of slot machines has units with broken card readers, broken bill acceptors, or machines totally out of service. Even the elevator near the sportsbook won't go to the top level of the parking garage. Very disappointed.

I have been going here for years and it simply keeps getting better and better. The new head of Concierge Debbie and Douglas are wonderful. Highly professional , detail orientated and never make you feel like you are bothering them; to the contrary they are there to help, support and serve you…Debbie did a great job and felt like family… The Spa is a favorite and everyone is very kind, facilities and amenities are wonderful and wish I could use it more often… Natalie was “amazing” and I will return. The remodel is wonderful, bright and updated and makes everything seem so much bigger and better. Facility is clean, auto lights are great and bathroom is wonderful… Food is good and always enjoy the “Lucky Penny” cafe. Tried Hanks for the first time and it was delightful . Ate too much, service was outstanding and it is pricey but why not… if you don't treat yourself who will… Took in a movie , enjoyed some light gambling and walked around the District which is alway fun…Truly enjoy GVR, I shall return and looking forward to the next trip to “Vegas”

I would stay here again for sure. The room was spacious and has a balcony that you can step out on. Room was quiet and clean.

Green Valley is always a treat! The customer service is exceptional and Hank's Steak House never fails to please. Great place for 'the young at heart' who love a little Vegas atmosphere!
