Good But Could/Should be Better
The Alila is an aesthetically beautiful hotel with a great location. Staff was very friendly and professional. However, two of seven days we had to call late afternoon to get our room made up, towels replaced, etc. While paying $1200-$2,000 per night, we learned upon arrival they add a $65 per day resort fee for your room. Definitely cheapened the impression the hotel wants to convey as isn’t this why we are paying these kinds of room rates? At the very least, build it into your room rates and look professional. These may sound trite to some but it definitely affects the way we viewed this “5 star” hotel.

Wonderful stay
We were upgraded to a beautiful vineyard view upon check in after telling them we were celebrating our anniversary. Staff was all so welcoming and helpful. Our view was unbelievably beautiful. Great location, loved being by St Helena downtown.

The employees make the stay worthwhile
We enjoyed our stay especially due to Alexis the host at check in. She made sure to remember an important birthday and made us feel welcomed and appreciated as guests each day. Great hotel.

Must stay!
Amazing stay at Alila Napa Valley! The room was incredibly spacious, well thought out. The patio had a fire pit with a gorgeous view of the vineyards. The staff and fantastic service went beyond our expectations. We loved every minute our stay and definitely plan to return in the future.

The Perfect Napa Stay: Elegant Rooms, Incredible Food, Outstanding Staff
I had an incredible three-night stay at Alila Napa and can’t recommend it enough! The property is stunning, with spacious, well-appointed rooms and excellent amenities. The pool and spa are perfect for relaxation—I had one of the best massages ever at the spa. Violetto, led by Chef Mark Shoemaker, was another highlight: beautifully presented dishes that tasted just as amazing, paired with unique wines. What truly sets Alila Napa apart is the staff. A special thank-you to Eunice Monteclar, who welcomed me so warmly and made sure my stay was nothing short of five-star. Her kindness made me feel completely at home. Alila Napa is a gem in Wine Country—I’ll be sharing my experience widely so others can enjoy this unforgettable destination too!
