Our stay celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday was truly exceptional. The Alila Napa Valley team, especially Theresa and our Hyatt Concierge Jeremiah, went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our corner vineyard-view suite with a firepit balcony was stunning, and every detail—from the warm welcome to the thoughtful birthday surprise—made the experience unforgettable. Thank you for making our visit so special!

Our stay at the Alila for our honeymoon was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and true hospitality. The room was absolutely stunning with a wrap around balcony overlooking the vineyard and pool, we spent every morning out on our deck taking in all in. Housekeeping was unmatched and coming back every evening to a clean beautiful room was really an added perk! The spa was gorgeous and we really enjoyed be able to utilize the co-ed steam room to relax and unwind together. It was really great how centralized it was to everything in St Helena and walkable to main street downtown! We will definitely be back!

The Alila is an aesthetically beautiful hotel with a great location. Staff was very friendly and professional. However, two of seven days we had to call late afternoon to get our room made up, towels replaced, etc. While paying $1200-$2,000 per night, we learned upon arrival they add a $65 per day resort fee for your room. Definitely cheapened the impression the hotel wants to convey as isn’t this why we are paying these kinds of room rates? At the very least, build it into your room rates and look professional. These may sound trite to some but it definitely affects the way we viewed this “5 star” hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW! The service from all the staff members went above and beyond our expectations, the staff was always so kind and fast in response time. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully constructed. We loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The wine fridge was a phenomenal addition to the room. The heated toilet seats were a luxury we didn’t expect. The valet service made our trip such a breeze and the pool chairs were perfect for laying out!
