Alila, Napa Valley

This property holds so much nostalgia for my friend and me, and once again it proved to be the perfect place for a quick getaway in the midst of our busy lives as moms. It truly is our favorite spot to unwind for a night. We especially appreciate the firepits outside each room. Such a lovely place to catch up, relax, and just breathe. The valet team was fantastic as well. On the morning of checkout, they pulled my car into one of the closest front parking spots, and it was such a thoughtful, convenient touch. Brilliant, really. Alexis and Christa at the front desk were simply delightful. There were warm, personable, and full of great suggestions. In the restaurant, Alan and Sophia were wonderful and attentive. Brianna in reservations also deserves a shout-out for proactively reaching out before our stay and answering all my questions quickly and helpfully. The fitness center exceeded expectations, with four Peloton bikes, a Peloton rower, a studio, and plenty of machines. The temperature was pretty comfortable, though it could be just a bit cooler. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well maintained. My only small wish is that the communal restrooms had lotion available. Overall, this place remains a true gem. We will definitely be back.

This hotel excels at everything. From the property itself and the room design to the food and beverage. Phenomenal staff who are incredibly kind and considerate. Couldn’t reconnect more. This is the best hotel in Napa without a doubt.

We spent a weekend at Alila Napa Valley and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The staff took remarkable care of us. We had previously stayed with a streamside view, but the vineyard view upgrade this time around helped the visit be even quieter and relaxing. Amazing gym. Great access to spots throughout the valley.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with impeccable attention to detail by the staff to ensure that everything that we needed was taken care of and very timely. Never waited more than 30 minutes for breakfast to arrive, if I needed something to the room, it was extremely quick and so pleasant to speak to everybody on site. Fantastic experience and we can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful resort and hotel. Amenities are plentiful and the staff goes above and beyond. Just enjoyed the stay. Loved the firepit on the balcony.
