About the Hotel

The shingled guesthouses of Belle Mont Farm are surrounded by an edible landscape. Acres of organically and sustainably grown pineapples, mangos and all manners of vegetables burst from the lush fields of this remote farm, and wandering guests often find the ripe ones marked with “pick me” signs. Newly opened as a resort in the Kittitian Hills Community, this Preferred Hotels & Resorts property, part of the Preferred Hotel Group, adds thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. After spending the day exploring St. Kitts, recline in a candlelit tub on the veranda, then watch a movie projected onto a pull-down screen – popcorn provided.

A beautiful sanctuary that needs some upkeep!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The grounds are beautiful but there is some decay in the upkeep, some houses look like they can collapse any moment. The toilets are outside in the open air, I liked it but it’s hard to go outside in the middle of the night. The breakfast is beautiful but the breakfast staff was very grumpy every morning and the service extremely slow. Pool staff was excellent.

Relaxing Stay with a Great View!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

What a wonderful and relaxing 4-night vacation we had. The room was absolutely beautiful. The pool was a little cool but that didn't stop us from going in, especially when it was very hot out. Everyone was so accommodating and learned our name from the first day. Drinks at the pool bar were amazing so was the seafood pizza. My only complaint is that the spa was closed while we were there. I was really planning on getting a massage especially on the day that the weather didn't cooperate with us. But we do plan on returning in the future. Thank You to Floyd, Eugene and Timeco for taking such great care of us!

Beautiful views but issues abound.

On an island tour we visited this place for lunch. The facility spans 300 acres and includes a farm, cottages, dining room and public spaces. The lunch was fairly good and the setting is spectacular as you can tell from many of the photos on this site and on the website. It was earily empty so we decided to come back later in the week with a day pass for eight of us. We started with breakfast and that’s when things started to fall off of the rails. The very weak coffee was not served with milk and sugar. The yogurt parfait was served not with berries but with watermelon making it watery. Bread was not served with butter and they had no preserves or jam. They were out of bagels. You get the picture. The delivery poolside was better as Keith was great- very accommodating with everything. The lunch items were fine and pricing is fair. Our spa services were to start at Noon but the masseuse was 35 minutes late so one of the appointments had to be cancelled. The hot tub never got past warm and a lack of management oversight became very apparent. The fitness center has no climate controls and the dumbbells are rusty and sticky and need to be replaced. The location of this establishment is away from most of the other highlights of St Kitts such as the great beaches so isolation is a bit of an issue. I don’t know what’s in store for this place as I was told it was run by the government.

Tale of two day passes

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

A tale of two reviews .. We went here for a day pass experience and spent a day by their wonderful pool and had lunch and drinks .,, now we also did the same in St Bart’s the next day . In St Kitts the beautiful views and quiet were spoiled by a staff member berating her colleagues in the bar for a good hour about working conditions and her colleagues. Service was initially friendly. But we had to ask three times where are drinks were. Despite us being the only people there. Food was good and there is no doubt the views are spectacular When we did not tip to the required amount there was subdued histrionics … now compare this with our St Bart’s experience the next day and the two hotels are incomparable .. go to St Bart’s

A MUST stay

One of the most amazing places we have been to on our trip. Top notch service, mind blowing villa- WOW- the pictures do no justice to the grandeur of the villa, the wood, the rooms, bathrooms- blown away. Chef was a perfectionist. Loved our stay would do it again and again
