About the Hotel

Rising majestically above the 600 acre beach front resort of Anse Chastanet, Jade Mountain Resort on St. Lucia’s south-western Caribbean coastline is a cornucopia of organic architecture celebrating St. Lucia’s stunning scenic beauty. Architect owner Nick Troubetzkoy has expanded upon his philosophy of building in harmony with Caribbean nature in his creation of Jade Mountain St. Lucia. The bold architectural design – individual bridges leading to exceptional infinity pool sanctuaries and rugged stoned-faced columns reaching towards the sky – makes Jade Mountain St. Lucia one of the Caribbean’s most mesmerizing resort experiences.

You just arrived at your dream honeymoon destination 💫

Staying at Jade Mountain Resort feels less like a vacation and more like stepping into a private world designed entirely for romance. From the moment you arrive, everything is intentional—open-air suites (called sanctuaries) with no fourth wall, so your view of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea is completely unobstructed. Waking up to that panorama every morning never gets old. The private infinity pools are the highlight—quiet, secluded, and perfect for soaking in both the view and the moment. Service is exceptional without being intrusive. Each suite comes with a dedicated butler who somehow anticipates what you need before you even ask. Whether it’s arranging dinner, bringing drinks poolside, or setting up a surprise for your partner, the attention to detail stands out. Dining is another strong point. The food is fresh, locally inspired, and beautifully presented. Having meals with that sweeping ocean backdrop adds something special you just don’t get at most resorts. It’s not the place for nightlife or constant activity—and that’s exactly the point. Jade Mountain Resort is about slowing down, disconnecting, and focusing on the person you’re with. If you’re celebrating something meaningful—like a honeymoon—it genuinely delivers an experience that feels worth it. Overall: If you want privacy, luxury, and one of the most breathtaking views in the Caribbean, this place is hard to beat.

I can honestly say this was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. Jade Mountain Resort is on an entirely different level there’s nothing else like it.

Massive disappointment.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The facility is beautiful, the staff and service level is not. For 5 thousand dollars a night you expect to feel special. We did not.. The staff made excuses and blamed us for why we were not checked in, why the food was consistently COLD and hard (pre cooked) and why there was a complete disconnect with communications on scheduling anything. This was our honey moon and a bucket list trip of a life time. Other than the views it was a massive dis-appointment and we could not wait to leave.. the staff is poorly trained and they clank about banging things in front of your door, laughing, talking, and yelling in front of the guest rooms at 6 am. The rooms are called sanctuary rooms…Sanctuary it is NOT. It was Highly disappointing and frankly exhausting. On a side note. Be aware it is a lot of stairs every day. Anyone with disabilities should not visit this property as there is no options other than walking it. If you want a 5 star experience save the money and go to WindJammer landing. Service is exceptional, facility is magical and the food is outstanding for a fraction of the price.

This resort is nicely located on a hillside with amazing views. The staff was welcoming and hospitality was top-notch. We had a memorable stay here.
