Один из лучший отелей в мире! A wonderful hotel with a unique location right in the heart of the city. We stayed in a quiet, spacious Historical Room on the second floor with a beautiful view of the Russian Museum. The interior is elegant and stylish, the mattresses are very comfortable, and the pillow menu adds a thoughtful touch. The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a true sense of Russian hospitality. The concierge service is outstanding — attentive, efficient, and genuinely helpful. We didn’t want to leave, which says it all. We will definitely be back. Breakfast deserves a special mention — one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in the past few years.

It was really unbelievable hotel for me, very chic and nice and classy hotel, so comfortable, amazing location, lobby was so nice, room service was excellent, i was here for 5 days, lobby bar was so nice , every night with live music, many special thanks to yulia from lobby bar restaurant, she is really nice & polite, i will recommend to all of the people you should try one time this amazing hotel, i will come back soon my love hotel , L Europe restaurant was really nice with delicious food, love you all♥️

This hotel was excellent. The service was top notch. It had a good breakfast and the rooms were comfortable. It was right off of Nevsky Prospekt, but was quiet at night. This is an excellent base for exploring Saint Petersburg.

Another wonderful stay at this historic timeless magnificent palace ! Wonderful location , stunning history as this hotel is 150 years old , beautiful titans decorating the facade of the building. Everything is top level , from bellboys , security to front desk staff , and champagne upon arrival and check in . Best hotel lobby and cigar lounge , drinks and food are superb . Historical suites and icing on the cake is how they tend to you . As I was celebrating my birthday , hotel management sent me a bottle of champagne and some treats up to my room . Wonderful wonderful hotel and always a must visit lobby bar on every trip I do to Saint Petersburg , a city of emperor Peter the Great !)
