The hotel is spacious and features conference rooms, a bar, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. The rooms are functional and clean. We were disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. The staff speaks little or no English. The price/performance ratio is not good.

The Grand Hotel Billia perched high in the Italian Alps is one of the most incredible Belle Epoque grand hotels you could ever stay at. From the moment you step inside, the reception area is huge with spectacular mountain views. The room we were allotted was incredible and any window you loo out of, those spectacular mountains are always present. We spent the night in at the bar as we snacked and enjoyed our cocktails in one of the most incredible hotel bars in the world. The indoor and outdoor pools as we as the spa are incredible as are the saunas and hammam. We loved the breakfast hall and the wide variety of breakfast choices available. Are one regret? That's easy...we should have spent three or four nights here. Next time we surely will!

Lovely old hotel, but modern and clean inside. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next business meeting there!

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view. The hotel had a larger wellness area which was very nice but could do with some maintenance! The breakfast was also very lovely but no freshly pressed juice and the cappuccino needs to be worked out… Staff was very friendly :)

Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, but poorly painted. Simple things like a bottle a water at your room was charged. Body lotion was replenished when asked for. The wellness area was beautiful, very clean, with friendly personnel. But the ouside area had no umbrellas. There was a separate area with parasols, but for an extra charge. We thought that was surreal for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was good, but twice on our 4-day stay the hot water for the tea was finished, and it took half an hour to be refilled. Same with other things at breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the area was very charming, but the nice extra's you would expect at a 5 star hotel were simply missing.
