A special mention to the bell staff (les bagagistes) for their kindness, helpfulness, and outstanding service. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful family holiday at this beautiful 5-star hotel, and a huge part of what made our stay so enjoyable was the exceptional service and warmth of the staff. In particular, Fatima deserves a special mention for her kindness, professionalism and consistently brilliant service, especially at breakfast. She was always welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring, helping to make each morning such a pleasant experience for our family. Her friendly manner and attention to detail really stood out and she is a real asset to the hotel. Halima was another absolute highlight of our stay. Her fantastic manner with the children was exceptional. She was warm, patient, engaging and clearly took great pride in making sure the children were happy and entertained. The activities she provided were thoughtful and enjoyable, and she went above and beyond to create a welcoming experience for families. It was wonderful to see someone who genuinely connected with the children and made them feel so special. We would also like to recognise Donation Hirel, Halima’s manager, who was very receptive to our suggestions about how the hotel could provide even more services and activities for families. It was refreshing to have a manager who listened positively and was open to ideas and feedback. Amal also provided excellent service at breakfast. She was attentive, friendly and always aware of what we needed, contributing to the relaxed and enjoyable start to each day. Finally, Rofayda deserves recognition for her lovely manner and excellent service. She was consistently pleasant, helpful and professional throughout our stay. Overall, the staff really helped make our family holiday special. While the hotel itself is beautiful, it is the people who create the experience, and Fatima and Halima in particular made a lasting impression on our family. Their kindness, enthusiasm and genuine care went far beyond what we would expect, even from a 5-star hotel. A huge thank you to the whole team — we hope to return and see you all again!

The best stay. Everything was excellent. The hotel is modern, very clean, classy and luxurious. The location is very interesting with a breathtaking view from the terrace. The food is delicious. The service and the staff are the best. Thanks to Ismail, Adam, Ezzouhra, Halima, Rofayda, Jamila, Mohsine, Rabie, Jamila, Redouane, Hassan, Hamza and Kawtar, you made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The word that describes my stay is fabulous.
