We had a great stay. I almost went with the hotel across the street, but ultimately chose Little over Grand because the size and layout of the room. I’m glad I did. It was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was large with a huge-separate vanity area, which is very helpful when multiple people are trying to get ready at one time. The room was also very spacious and perfect for a long 5 day stay. At no point did we feel crowded. The staff was courteous and attentive. We ate at the Coffee Shop several times and it was good. Not amazing, but good enough. I got the French dip and had to send it back because it was very tough, got the cheeseburger and it was very good. The valet service was fast and they were all very nice. The elevators were always available, never over crowded and very fast. No complaints. We’ll be back next year for Kilby!

Classic, elegant place to stay in Salt Lake City. The cleanliness of my room was impeccable and the food was outstanding. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but everything is within walking distance. The staff was helpful and courteous and went above and beyond.

Nice big room on ground level with parking in front and lots of bushes so the room was rather dark. Great housekeeping, good restaurant/ bar and amenities like a great swimming pool on deck and gym to workout. The hotel has a nice and comfortable atmosphere and is suitable for bigger conventions.

I wanted to do something special for my husband's birthday, so we planned a trip back to his family's home state of Utah. We also planned to spend the last two nights in Las Vegas. When we came to check in at this hotel, we arrived almost two hours before check-in. A lady at the front greeted us and told us our room was ready. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Then she said that to get to our room, we would have to go back outside and go to building 7000. Your room is on the second floor. She also handed us a map to find the room. I was so confused because at the bottom of the map, it said tower, but the "motel" garden room was only two floors. I went back to show them my reservation, and after talking with the second front desk person, she emailed the manager to let him know the issue. He comes out to tell me that the third-party company submitted a garden room, and the manager said the hotel was fully booked; in fact, we're overbooked, and I have to turn people away. He said I would have to contact Priceline. First of all, I don't believe this for one second. But, since I'm about two thousand miles away from home, what am I supposed to do? Secondly, it's not my fault you overlooked. I believe that because I didn't pay the full price for the Tower King bedroom, they figured they would bump us and give it to someone who would pay more. If we hadn't gotten there almost two hours before check-in, we probably wouldn't have had a room. I will never stay at this place again in my life. By the way, on this trip we booked four different hotels, and this is the only hotel that "Priceline" got the room wrong. Also, I've used Priceline for over 13 years, and this has never happened to us before. The room we booked was supposed to be on a high floor with a balcony and overlooking the city. Instead, we're on the second floor of what looks like a motel from the outside, and a balcony facing away from downtown with a couple of trees in front of the balcony. Also, the room is a decent size, but the whole building, including our room, smells like an old folks' home. The smell irritated me so bad my nose tingled, and I woke up with a sour throat. The room has a loud whistling sound coming from the water pipes. The noise keeps happening every few seconds.

Love the room is always beautiful and clean. They did a special thing for us. It was our 52 anniversary and we had six beautiful dip, chocolate strawberries and and a sparkling lemonade bottle with two champagne glasses and a beautiful card waiting for us. It was so exciting love loved love it. Thank you so much little America.
