We LOVED our tower suite for three nights, on the 16th floor. Views for miles, incredibly quiet, well appointed room with a living room suite of furniture and a balcony. Everything was clean, room service was prompt and reasonable, and the staff not only were friendly and attentive but many recognized us and followed up on previous conversations from the previous day. A great treat that valet parking is the same price as self parking, and room service pricing is the same as going downstairs to eat. We enjoyed everything with the one exception of the pool and hot tub-even at 9pm, all of these areas were overrun by kids, shrieking and running and many wearing swim diapers (I had always learned that children shouldn’t be in hot tubs until at least age 14?) might be a good idea to set some adult swim only hours or designate one pool for adults vs families. Our idea to relax by the pool after dinner one evening turned out to be the opposite of relaxing haha. Not the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of.

Old, run down, overrated. Uncomfortable beds and linen. Poor housekeeping. Shame on them. There's no excuse for their accounting.

The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The property is spacious. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Our room was clean and relatively quiet. Also the bed was comfy and the room was dark at night for sleeping. We found the food to be a little pricey but very good.

Was there for a business meeting all week. Loved the location and large rooms. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city and beautiful views!

We were on a fly drive so we were only there one night. Room was very comfortable with large twin beds. Had additional seating. Bathroom was clean and well fitted out. Its large over a courtyard. Finding reception was a challenge as signage was poor. did have. We did have an issue with the concierge. On enquiring where we could have a cup of coffee and a pastry. We were directed over the road to another America Hotel. We had our coffee and pastry. On return wondering were breakfast was to be served we found their coffee and pastry area. We went back to the Concierge and requested to see Manager. Mark the duty manager arrived and we explained what happened. He was apologetic. I suggested better training, to which he agreed. Breakfast is not included, but for 27 Dollars it is very good, recommended the omelette made to order. Generally the hotel is very good. More signage would make life easier. If you're room is in one of courtyard areas. Instead of lugging your cases up the steps. Try round the side where there is access and is near the lift. You're charged for parking the car, add in the bill if you must. Its a bit money grabbing if you ask me.
