Absolutely Fantastic!
Cannot say enough good things about our stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, our room was fantastic, the pool was just what we needed - we need to find more excuses to come back to Salt Lake so we can stay here again!

Really nice spacious rooms
What a pleasant surprise! The hotel doesn’t look that great from outside, especially when compared to the Grand America across the street, but as soon as you walk in, you would be impressed with the interior design with elegant chandeliers and stylish stairwells. Upon checking in we were informed that we will be staying outside of the hotel in the garden area, we asked if we could stay at the hotel. They gave us an upgrade for $50 more a night and we got two spacious connecting rooms with two large sinks in each room! The room is very spacious with a nice view of the mountain. We love it! Location is also very good.

Beautiful Hotel

Tweens overrunning hotel
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location had great walkable access to downtown. However, any of the “glamour” of the main hotel is absent in any of the satellite buildings. Not even free water or bottle filling areas. The shower drain was so clogged I was standing in ankle deep water within minutes. Several groups of tween sports teams were staying there at the same time and were completely unattended; they played a game of slamming their room door in each others’ faces while someone was left outside knocking for HOURS. The staff was nice enough to waive our parking fee for this but no one seemed to check in with their chaperones- they noted they were getting many complaints. Not very tasteful or restful place during our stay
