Very nice hotel, right across the street from the Grand America. I wonder if the light rail comes from the airport to this hotel? I seem to hear a light rail. Not that it is noisy! Very pleasant stay! Lovely rooms and lobby. I haven't had breakfast yet but I hear it is terrific!

Centrally located, very easy to get around. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The environment and location was quiet. Loved the ambiance of the whole lobby area and the colors….warm, inviting and comfortable. The staff were excellent with the exception of two individuals. I do not want the mention the name of the gentleman who was most unprofessional on this public forum…if management reads this review and would like more information info feel free to contact me. (We were in rm 8122 -9/17-9/20) The grounds were amazing!!!! I have one serious recommendation! The outside stairs need to be lit up, or at least the edges of the stairs should be painted with the yellow reflective paint.. there is very little lighting in the parking lot, which is lovely but also presents a safety issue. The parking lot was actually in very poor shape in the center around the drain hole. I have fallen with similar conditions in my hometown and severely broke my wrist.. I think you really need to do something about that right away!

Nice but our garden room was in fact a noisy street room..we didn’t see any garden from our window..the pool is nice and parking not so expensive
