7 night Vacation
Is a beautiful resort. We like the inside swimming pool. We like the gym. The valet parking staff were very nice. The front desk staff were nice.

Great stay
Hotel is clean and beautiful..its 20 minutes from.riverwalk and just about everything else but 5 minutes from mall and six flags. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The vallets were awesome had car in under 2 minutes everything I needed it didnt even need to call ahead. Food on resort was great. Spa was awesome. Couple small hiccups with room selection but it all worked out. Overall great place to vacation.

Not up to Hilton standards.
This is not up to Hilton’s standards. The staff is aloof. We had texted that we wanted two extra pillows when we arrived and they were not in the room. When i called they said I could come down and get them. They say that if you request a towel refresh they will bring them up as often as daily. When I called they said I could just come and get them? Seriously? You still pay for parking. Wow. The restaurant has been improved but it is definitely purely not cheap. I would still not recommend this as a resort place to stay.

An engagement I will never forget
From start to finish this place and the people were amazing! We were there for a BaeCation that ended up being the best proposal ever. The staff was always helpful, food in every location was amazing. It was like we were in a whole other place

One of the best resorts we've stayed at. The King Suite was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the food in Sustenio and the customer service was unparalleled. Great stay from check-in to check-out!
