Hotel Contessa

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Contessa! The front desk staff checked us in quickly and even offered us an upgrade, which was such a great surprise. Our room was beautiful, the AC kept the room perfectly cool, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also had dinner at the bar and breakfast at the restaurant, and both meals were delicious. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I especially want to give huge bonus points to Luz Burgos, who found my wallet in our room and truly went above and beyond to locate us as we were leaving the hotel. That level of honesty and customer care is rare and so appreciated. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience — we will definitely be back!

The Hotel Contessa was amazing! I had a family reunion and we selected this hotel to host our loving family. The hotel staff and accommodations exceeded our expectations. They were sensitive to our needs and provided everyone the care and personal attention needed to make this experience one that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I would like to express my personal thanks and acknowledgment to Mr. Alex, the manager for taking time from his busy schedule to assist and correct a billing concern. He was a total gentleman and professional with the utmost expertise to navigate this matter. We had an absolutely great time!!! This is our second time here for Mother’s Day and would recommend it everyone. Also I must brag about our server Francisco!!! We’ve had the pleasure of being able to go to a lot of places however Francisco gave us the best service we’ve had anywhere.
