One of America's best!
One of the great American hotels. Magnificent hospitality and wonderful service! At every encounter they better the circumstance. The Emma is one of the few places In America that we go to because of the quality of the stay. Yes San Antonio is great, but it has the Emma. Quite the place.

Best of the best in service and ammenities
Stayed at hotel Emma two nights for a family wedding nearby. The staff was the best we’ve encountered. GenuinelyFriendly, genuinely desired to make our stay remarkable. From the valet to the bellmen—every employee we encountered was professional, and made our stay truly remarkable! The hotel itself is just so super cool. The setting, the history, the design elements, the amenities, shopping, restaurants…wonderful!!
