Our stay here was hands down our most wonderful hotel experience in the United States. It is luxurious in every way. The history of the Hotel Emma building (it was the former Pearl brewery) and its surrounding area is fascinating. (Make sure you schedule a free tour!) The attention to detail in its preservation has managed to maintain the integrity of the building(s) and time period. There are multiple amenities and spots to visit within the hotel itself, but it is also within a short walking distance to additional restaurants, taverns, bakeries, boutiques, and even a marketplace. What truly makes this lovely hotel exceptional and above all others is the staff. Friendly, gracious, accommodating, knowledgeable--I cannot say enough about every employee we encountered. A stay here is definitely worth it, and guaranteed to make you not want to leave!

Truly exceptional, but should be!
Truly a wonderful location with unique ambiance on the river walk. Quiet location. Room, bar, dinner at Super, drivers were all exceptional. Breakfast at Super missed the mark. Don’t use the concierge service.

This is easily my favorite hotel whether it’s for personal or business. Everything about it is first class.

One night stay with my wife
If you’re looking for a 5 star experience here’s the place to go. From the valet to check in is unbelievable. The rooms are nice, clean and comfy. The complimentary drinks were great. They helped us relax before our dinner reservations. The riverwalk is nearby along with the Pearl which has many restaurants. A little pricey but well worth it.

The Emma is always magical
My evening a Sternewirth at the Emma was magical as always. Michele helped us with a reserved table for the evening. James was a treat and a joy. He took amazing care of us. Of course, our wonderful server (I cannot remember her name, my apologies!) was the sweetest, so attentive, so charming. If I could give 10/10 stars, I would. You will not be disappointed with any time spent at the Emma!
