Incredible stay. Best hotel in San Antonio and one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Exceptional room, valet, concierge service and welcome with champagne and fruit/sweets. Amazing restaurants and bars. Unique hotel library with cocktails in the evening and coffee/pastries in the morning. Michelin star restaurants nearby. River walk access. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Superb service. All the staff was so attentive. They welcomed us from the valet, to registration, to cleaning staff. Everyone inquired why we were visiting which was a birthday and a baby gender reveal. Sunny at the front desk sent us a gift for the reveal, and Paul (Server at Supper) gave me a complimentary mimosa for my birthday. After the reveal many staff members asked about the reveal and what the gender was. Excellent rooms with turn down service. Great bar and complimentary drinks in the Library. Great history to the building and interesting architecture. Great location in the Pearl and River Walk. Loved it!
