Paul talley is the best waiter in the world
Paul Tully was not only attentive and Charmaine. He was the best host and server. I've had in a long time. He smelled fabulous and we had to get up and hug him and smell on me. He just smelled so good. He was so sweet. He was so nice. He told us all about the history of the Emma. He couldn't have been a finer.Will definitely come back and ask for paul telly

Girls trip!
We had friends in from Florida, and Paul was our waiter. He was fabulous! He told us the story all about Emma. Never been treated better. Thanks Paul see you next time!

Mercedes, Paul and amazing French Toast!!
Came for the highly reviewed breakfast, but as amazing as the French toast was, Paul and Mercedes as our servers made the whole experience a delight. From the special coffee that Mercedes made us to the amazing history of the hotel shared by Paul .... they made the meal incredible.

Fun quick getaway
We attended a conference in San Antonio and wanted to extend an extra day. No rooms available where we were staying so we booked a night at Hotel Emma. I wish we had more time. The hotel is fabulous with many amenities. We wish we could have watched the sunset from the pool. Many great dining options within a short walk. If you are there on Saturday, there is a nice market in the Pearl District.

Mercedes offered exceptional service! She is amazing! She provided exceptional service and gave amazing suggestions for brunch! I will absolutely ask for her on every return!
