Delightful breakfast experience
We just came to have breakfast at the Hotel Emma and I found it delightful and no less enchanting. The ambience of the venue, quality of the food, and service from the staff, specifically Paul, were excellent. Paul was very friendly and accommodating for us.

Paul’s The Man!
Ordered the duck confit Benedict and the Brie breakfast sandwich - best choices off the menu. Paul was our waiter and made the experience so much better! At the beginning we were waiting for a bit (I think miscommunication on who was our waiter), but Paul stepped in and stepped up for us! Will always ask for either him or his wife, Mercedes.

Wow, a superb hotel. Very cool building with incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional staff. We felt we were on set of a John Wick film. Perfect margaritas, great breakfast places. The surrounding Pearl has lovely bars and restaurants. Great gym and pool. Both were small but not busy.

Stunning!!
Absolutely beautiful breakfast experience!!! Mercedes was our waitress and she treated us so well. She went above and beyond and made our experience a one of a kind experience on a very special vacation. Food was absolutely delicious and generous portions. Will be coming back!!

Best hotel experience to date.
We had just about the best breakfast service we’ve had in our entire lives at Supper. I will say usually hotel dining is good but far from memorable. Paul and his wife Mercedes were nothing short of spectacular. I hope they know the impact they had on our weekend. And the food was unforgettable. If we hadn’t received the French toast as a recommendation I would not have know I was missing something so unique and fantastic. Beyond that specific dinning experience at Supper I must absolute ad this: The entire staff at this hotel are at the top of their game. I’m not sure I’ll find another hotel that can hold a candle to the Hotel Emma for the rest of my life. Absolute 5 star hospitality from every single employee we interacted with. From check in to check out this hotel treats everyone like VIP. And the amenities are world class. It was an absolute privilege getting to stay here. We look forward to making an excuse to stay here again.
