Lovely stay on the riverwalk
For a mid range hotel this was excellent value for money and was right on the river walk. So judging room and service for the price we paid, this is why I’ve given it 5 star and would stay again

Whatch Out, Unethical Add-ons
Be careful and watch your bill. They charged me for smoking in the room when I did not. So watch out for illegal and unethical billing after you leave the hotel.

Bad experience
I read the reviews and we selected the Valencia. Our bad as it was just not a good place for us. We made reservations for a specific type of room only to find out they oversold and did not have the type of room we reserved. They tried to make it up by saying we will upgrade at no charge. I said I didn’t want the upgrade as we wanted the room we booked. After trying to get the room we reserved we gave up. Later the next day we find that they do not clean rooms daily unless requested. That was just adding to our frustration of staying. I am not able to recommend this hotel . It was just a bad experience from the go.

All the staff here are awesome. Tara is always accommodating. The sales person Jasmine also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business and pleasure.
