I have been here more than once and they maintain the resort very well. Always know that it will be clean and nicely decorated for the holiday.

Fantastic Stay
This was a great resort and everything was clean and well maintained. The most impressive thing about the Hyatt was how nice everyone working at the resort was during our stay. See you all again soon.

Not What We Expected
We came to this resort as a last minute family Thanksgiving trip only because Lost Pines in Austin was booked. The property and decorations were beautiful, but everything else is abysmal. The service was poor, the rooms were outdated, the pool isn't heated in the winter, all activities are extra and we were charged for everything under the sun.

Average at best , expensive stay for average accommodations
Hot tubs did not work One was cold the other cool at best. Both were murky water / dirty Mattresses need replacing. Uncomfortable at best p

Relaxing and enjoyable
Great atmosphere and experience. Very nice place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Staff was helpful and kind.
