Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa

I had an excellent stay. From the moment of arrival, the staff was courteous, attentive, and professional, always willing to help and making the experience very pleasant. The room was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did an outstanding job throughout the stay. I truly appreciated the overall comfort and the attention to detail. I was also very pleased with the food options available at the hotel. There was a good variety, the quality was excellent, and the service at the restaurants and common areas was efficient and friendly. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay at this property again.

They have the real Santa and Mrs Claus.. festive friendly and lots of yummy hot cocoa. Food is amazing and everyone is cheerful. A must stay during holiday!

I cannot say enough about our weekend at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort. My son asked to bring two friends to Sea World for his 11th birthday. I chose this resort due to the proximity to the park and the heated pools. My expectations were completely surpassed! The staff went out of their way to make sure my son had an amazing birthday experience and treated him and his friends like VIPs. We were so impressed with how thoughtful and kind they were. Thanks to them, the kids had even more fun at the resort than they did at Sea World. The resort is just lovely. The lobby and rooms are so well done. It feels high end but also warm and comfortable. The scent in the lobby is heavenly! My only complaint is that they don’t sell it. The holiday decorations are beautiful. The pool is chilly in December but warm enough for the kids. The hot tub is kept blissfully hot for the adults! We ate breakfast at the restaurant there and the buffet option was perfect for the whole family. There was a large variety of food and everything I tried was good. I wish we could have stayed longer and had more time to explore the property and participate in the on-site activities, but we will certainly be back!

Great property. Quiet, peaceful. Excellent staff. Great pools, lazy river, hot tubs, spa. Lots of wildlife. Loved the wood burning fireplaces in the lobby. Very nicely decorated for the holidays!
