Great place to stay for a riverwalk-adjacent visit to SA
Good location, it’s not on the Riverwalk but is a 5-10 minute walk away from that, the park, and the convention center. The adjacent restaurant Deans has a great vibe that matches that of the hotel. Breakfast there was pretty good. There is a rooftop pool which was quite nice. The rooftop bar was lovely but got very crowded; the inside bar adjacent to the restaurant was a quieter and pleasant environment. A selection of 10th floor rooms are a little strange to get to as you have to walk past the entrance to the rooftop bar (crowded and small landing area) and the pool area to get to your room. Fortunately the noise doesn’t translate and the rooms are very quiet. Service was warm and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the beds and linens very comfortable. No wear in the rooms at all given the age of the hotel. Some may find the concrete floors a bit strange but I appreciated the aesthetic and did not mind.

Such a wonderful experience.
Such an amazing experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We brought our dog and the valet attendants Dom, Mateo and Tony went out of their way to help us.
