Awesome service by Rolland
Rolland really took great care of us during our stay. We realized that we had forgotten our medication in our vehicle after we got to our room, and Rolland immediately assured me that he would make sure we got it. He went above and beyond to retrieve it for us and made sure we had what we needed. Rolland was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. His exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to us. He made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Rolland, for making our stay even better! You are a true asset to the hotel, and we really appreciate everything you did for us.

An Amazing Night
My friends and I had dinner at Dean’s steakhouse to celebrate a birthday. We used valet to park. We needed an item out of the car and Adrian demonstrated excellent service. He was professional, accommodating, and respectful. His work ethic helped make our night 10x better. Exceptional service! Thank you, Adrian.
