Top class business stay
**★★★★★ Perfect base for a business trip** I stayed at the Kimpton in San Antonio for a conference and couldn't have asked for better. The staff went above and beyond, shout out to Elias who assisted with valet parking and without hesitation,every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The room was quiet, spotless and had a good workspace, which made prepping for sessions easy. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to San Antonio for work. I'll be back.

Bad experience from frontdesk staff
Hotel and food was wonderful. But the attention from the woman of frontdesk at checkout was terrible. Rude and anything but friendly. It is a shame that a person like this represents the guest attention from the hotel. Plus, manager was not available in that moment

Dominic is absolutely wonderful! What a ray of sunshine! All of the boys are ANGELS! Brought my car to me everyday with a smile on their face and so personable! Everyone at the kimpton is so so wonderful!

Amazing Valet service!
The valet service was incredible they were so attentive and helpful. It was a rainy day and they made sure we got in and out dry. Elias was great, he immediately remembered us without us having to prompt them with anything. Amazing service!
