Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa

Hotel was very nice and mostly clean. Beds decently comfortable. Pool area was beautiful and service was excellent. Especially Alfredo…he was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on his face!

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member (#348138484), I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and unfortunately my experience at Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa was well below expectations. Since Hilton took over, the service has noticeably declined. Valet parking takes an unreasonable amount of time, and something as simple as getting a coffee at Henrietta’s involves 20-minute lines. This is not about one isolated issue — it’s a pattern of poor execution and lack of operational efficiency. What used to feel like an exclusive property now feels overcrowded and mismanaged. Very disappointing, especially for a Diamond member. I would not return.

I had no idea a location this perfect existed in Hill Country. What a view from practically everywhere in the resort! We had one issue come up during our stay but Dylan went above and beyond to get it resolved. People like him make the Hilton Team world class!

Very nice hotel, located 30 minutes west of downtown San Antonio. I was there for a conference and the organisation and facilities were all very good. My room was lovely with a decent bathroom and coffee machine, iron and ironing board in the room and a hairdryer. The reception team were pleasant and helpful. I dined in the Sweetfire Kitchen restaurant one night and had Texan red fish which was delicious. They have a shuttle bus to the local shops and malls which is really convenient Parking is $10 per day but paid via an app and as an international visitor this was problematic but there is no other way to pay. Overall a very good hotel with lovely facilities.
