Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa

This is a beautiful property we’ve visited under various management companies over the course of the years, from Westin to independent to Hilton now. Unfortunately check in on a Friday night was understaffed - took us 10mins to get through the queue, and the bar service was underpar for two $75 drinks each - plus neither the waitress nor the bartender were able to tell the difference between Glenlivet and Glenfiddich 18. And the water pressure in the rooms was pitiful, so we had to take twice the normal time to tale shower. So we were pretty disappointed in the Hilton taking over at this time.

Beautiful property, relaxing and serene. The employees go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience. Shoutout to Marcella who was incredible! Highly recommend this property, the pools and surrounding countryside are wonderful.

I will start with the restaurant, it was funny how I had Alyssa O serving me anytime I walked in. She is great and recommended some good choices for me. I went like ‘suprise me’ which she did all the time. She is patience and very helpful (thank u Alyssa). This is a very big property, quiet and very serine. I love the services too. If u are looking for a more quite place to enjoy yr time away from city life, then this is the place. Staff are great too.

I had an absolutely amazing experience during my stay this past weekend! I traveled from Savannah, Georgia to San Antonio, Texas for a family promotion celebration, and I honestly couldn’t believe how exceptional the service was. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed every part of our stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding. They made us feel like we were VIPs and treated us with so much kindness and respect. I wanted too especially Thanks Mr. Alphrto, Mr. Edward and the security staff. The level of service was more than I expected, and it truly made our family trip even more special. You could tell that the staff genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in what they do. I actually made a reminder for myself to leave this review because I wanted to make sure these employees were recognized for their hard work. They deserve to be recognized and appreciated! Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay such a wonderful experience. If I’m ever back in San Antonio, I will definitely be staying here again! ❤️

This resort is stunning and the service is unmatched. We went for a girls weekend and upgraded to a villa, which I highly recommend. Every restaurant on the property was great and had amazing craft cocktails. The folks in the check in at the villas were so helpful and gave great recommendations. Special shout out to Kai, Javier, and Henry. They were so fun and welcoming. Do not skip eating at the Signature restaurant and doing a spa day. The food at Signature was outstanding and the wine director, Jacob, was a wealth of knowledge. Zander at the bar was amazing. The spa was so great that I booked a second facial the next day. 10/10 experience.!
