Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa

The Signia La Cantera Resort is a must. This was our second stay here (we live in San Antonio, too) and it is an absolute treasure. Top notch everything. Friendly, beautiful, well appointed, amazing food, amazing service, great value. The rooms are amazing And the location is perfect. Close to shopping and entertainment. We will absolutely be back. Also, please visit Shannon Rene for any and all concierge services you might need. She is top notch and will take excellent care of you!!

Our first visit to this property since it became Signia. Staff was very capable, friendly and accommodating . The lobby and common areas are very well maintained and luxurious. The room was nice and comfortable, but with a lack of seating, because of room size. The shuttle service was excellent with easy access to Signature, the excellent restaurant . The only negative was a lack of response from the phone contacts attempted with the front desk, operator or any other number called. Also, the online check out function did not work in the app. It’s a busy, family oriented property. Based on a lot of travel experiences , I’d rate it slightly above average.

From the moment we arrived, he welcomed my husband and me with a genuine smile and made us feel truly valued. What impressed me most was not only the kindness and professionalism he personally demonstrated, but how clearly his leadership is reflected in the people around him. It is evident that Mr. Judge leads by example and inspires his team to provide the same superior level of hospitality to every guest. I would also like to recognize Mr. James, Mr. Hector, Mr Edward, Mr Nick and Mr. Danny, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made such a positive impression on us. The gentleman assisting guests in the hospitality room on the 7th floor was equally amazing. His welcoming spirit and willingness to assist added another special touch to our stay. At the pool area, Mr. Cristian Ocanas was absolutely exceptional. We watched him not only take wonderful care of us, but extend that same attentiveness and hospitality to the guests around us. His dedication to excellent service truly stood out. We absolutely love this place! What makes this resort so special is not simply the beautiful surroundings—it is the people. From leadership to every member of the team we encountered, there is a genuine culture of hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and excellence. It is evident that the leadership team has modeled the importance of greatness through service, and that standard is reflected throughout the resort. Celebrated our anniversary at this resort. The location is amazing and the view and atmosphere is stellar. Joan from the concierge desk made things extra special and provided an outstanding customer experience. Highly recommend this resort
