Absolutely terrible experience. Room wasn’t ready at check it. Reservations were incorrect. Got moved to a room we didn’t ask for and it was filthy. Floors were dirty, shower knobs falling off and bugs. Restaurant food was good. Needs a good cleaning. Dust and cobwebs on the plastic flowers on the tables and chandeliers. If you’re looking for a luxury resort this is not the place.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional experience I had at your resort while attending a company conference from May 18th–20th. I have never been treated with such consistent hospitality. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted pleasantly by every single staff member I encountered. I also noticed how beautifully clean the entire resort was kept. Your team has a remarkable way of making guests feel incredibly important and highly valued. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, someone was right there to help. I even had the pleasure of meeting the manager, which truly highlighted the resort's commitment to great leadership and guest satisfaction. On top of the world-class service, my room was incredible, and the amenities were wonderful. I also want to give a special shout-out to the culinary and banquet teams—the breakfast was incredible, the lunch was absolutely out of this world, and the servers were fantastic. Please pass along my compliments to your entire staff. They made my stay unforgettable, and you have gained a lifelong fan of La Cantera!

What a fantastic resort. We went for Mother’s Day weekend and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the kids pool, to the adult pool, s’mores pit, arcade, there is something for everyone here. The Valet manager Kristen left a lovely note and chocolates in our car at pickup, a great personal touch. Carlos was a wonderful ambassador to the property. The Mother’s Day brunch was plentiful, busy, but never any lines to the many options presented beautifully. We will be back!

The spa experience was absolutely memorable. The staff and the manager greeted us and ensured we had everything we needed. We were given a tour of all amenities. We enjoyed every minute of our spa experience. The views are beautiful. I highly recommend recommend.

This weekend my wife and I stayed at La Cantera Resort for our 25th wedding anniversary. Joan Perez, hotel concierge, did an amazing job helping me make the occasion so memorable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated her thoughtful recommendations and willingness to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend the resort and Joan.
