Great stay, wonderful staff
Great hotel with wonderful staff. Korbin and Matthew were both very friendly as well as all front desk staff. Would definitely come back and stay next time we are in SA

Dreadful Service
We asked for the room to be serviced daily, & it was not. When we checked out & complained about the lack of service, the desk agent simply giggled at us & brushed it off. So many better alternate choices along the Riverwalk available, so would not recommend this hotel.

Review: A Memorable Sixth Anniversary Celebration at Thompson San Antonio Date: July 4, 2026 My husband and I celebrated our six-year wedding anniversary at the Thompson San Antonio, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. One of the managers, Angie, truly stood out; her exceptional accommodations and attentive assistance made our stay incredibly special. She answered all our questions and ensured we had everything we needed for an unforgettable celebration. The staff in the club area, including the waiters and waitresses, were also fantastic and contributed to the overall positive experience.
