Amazing hotel - Amazing people
We have had an amazing experience here at the Thompson hotel. Our stay has been elevated with the service or Korbin. Korbin has been with us every step of the way and is exceptional in his customer relational skills. I would like to point out that the staff has also been amazing. Great location near riverwalk and a pet friendly property. Welcoming team members who made sure we were comfortable. Korbin took excellent care of our family 💯

Great stay, wonderful staff
Great hotel with wonderful staff. Korbin and Matthew were both very friendly as well as all front desk staff. Would definitely come back and stay next time we are in SA

Dreadful Service
We asked for the room to be serviced daily, & it was not. When we checked out & complained about the lack of service, the desk agent simply giggled at us & brushed it off. So many better alternate choices along the Riverwalk available, so would not recommend this hotel.
