How to begin... we have anyways ben in love with this place but this time we felt even more welcome, more pampered and more like among family and friends than ever before. The premises of the hotel are magnificent; the lodgings with the comfort of being at home at same time splendidly state of art. Steven and colleagues prepared an AWESOME detail for my son as it was his birthday!!! As he received the detail, the joy in his eyes and his smile were priceless. .. ! Breakfast a great, diverse quality of foood and service, the springs are balsam for the senses... but if the main asset of the hotel is definitively the staff. The way they make you feel welcome, the smiles and greetings and the natural feel of the spirit of service, the extra Mike to help you and male you feel cared for. Steven Chacón is the one who must comes to mind as personification of all these things as I was writing; other people worth mention are Rafael and the other wonderful people of valet services, Hugo and the rest of colleagues of restaurant; Carolina who always took good care of our requests in the room. I have been client of Tabacón for 30 years and even when leaving, I'm already planning the comeback and missing the wonderful place and people i must leave here. My dear people, Steven, me and my family are so happy with the way you cared for us and thank you from the button of our hearts! Steven and all gracias totales! see you again as soon as we can!

Everything was great, especially the staff. One of the standouts was Jafeth in the restaurant. He treated us like royalty and was just so nice! I will definitely come back!! Beautiful place also and so well maintained. Also loved everything about the spa. Our helper was Alejandro and he and the masseuse were wonderful as well!! Thank you for employing such great people!!

Our experience was great from arrival to exit. Staff was very accommodating, polite and professional throughout our stay. Dinner hosts for our private dinner (Rodrigo and Emerson) made the experience special for us. Thank you

Excellent facilities, excellent food, and excellent service. We had a great visit at the hotsprings, we chose to include dinner in our reservation and that was the right choice. Our waitress Priscila Salos was outstanding, she provided great service and made the dinner that much better. I would highly recommend coming here for a relaxing day, you won’t regret it.
