Excellent customer service
Everyone is very friendly here at Tabacon! We had dinner and drinks at the bar Derian Benavides served us at the bar. He provided exceptional customer service and hospitality!

Hot springs, food, accommodations top notch
Amazing tranquil setting with the kindest professional service. The rooms are amazing , so spacious and well appointed. I loved the thermal springs most of all. They were super relaxing and rejuvenating. The food at both restaurants was top notch and even accommodated gluten free preference very generously. Highly recommend this place.

From the minute you arrive u will feel that you have entered a different world. The way this hotel has integrated itself into a rainforest is something you must experience for yourself. It was a perfect vacation and we picked the perfect resort. We can’t wait to come back to Tabacon.

beautiful property and wonderful staff. details taken care of. any questions or needs were taken care of. would definitely do a repeat visit short ride to the thermals so we went 3 days in a row for varied length of time

A-Ma-Zing Stay
We really enjoyed out stay at Tabacon. Ive been to Costa Rica before but never to La Fortuna and the hotel surpassed my expectations. Beautiful location but most importantly, amazing staff. Jenny at the Lobby Bar was outstanding as well as very interesting to chat with her. We also met Delian and Brayan, bartenders very well trained in Luxury Service. They both were great to get to know. I would like to shout out to Esteban and the hostess at the Breakfast restaurant, she always addressed my and my partner by name. When a review includes the names of your staff, that itself let you know what great impression they left over us. I hope this message gets to them along with a great recognition for enliven the culture and your property.
