Fantastic place for a visit!
The day pass with the meal is fantastic! Our server, Priscilla, delivered us the most amazing service for our dinner and was so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend stopping by here for a soak and a meal.

The resort is so beautiful. It is such a calm and relaxing environment. The service was excellent from the front desk to the bar tenders to the servers. We had a really great couples massage in the most beautiful and relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this resort for a couples vacation.

After a 20 year absence, I returned to Tabacon for a four-night stay, As I remembered almost nothing from my previous visit (other than really enjoying it), this visit seemed like a whole new adventure. Although it is a bit of a trek from SJO to the resort, there were no complaints from my fellow travelers. The resort itself is fabulous and the thermal springs are certainly in the very top most beautiful places I have every visited anywhere in the world. The welcome staff was very accommodating and our room was excellent. Although the room hot water is routed directly from the springs (so I was told), I would have liked it a little warmer for showering. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. My group took advantage of three side trips including white water rafting which was awesome. The Arenal Lake tour was a bit disappointing for the money. All were unanimous in our agreement regarding a return in the not too distant future!

First class all the way! I can't recommend this place enough. The staff was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. The food was amazing. The hot springs and pool were an experience I'll never forget.

Lovely staff and a beautiful hotel
A lovely hotel with very attentive staff. They made our stay feel very special. The thermal spa is a unique experience. Well worth a visit.
