San Diego's Finest Downtown Hotel!!!
Great location. Beautiful hotel. Close to everything!! The food and the pool are amazing!! The staff is so friendly & helpful!

Hard Pass
Such a disappointing and underwhelming experience. From the dark and musty room to being told to leave the pool area so the staff could set up for a ticketed party... so unprofessional. And the pool experienced happened each of the three days I was there. All of this from a supposedly luxury hotel property.

The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic. The front desk staff were also very helpful. They just seemed busy all the time. The room was noisy from the elevator.

Great 1 night Stay
Great stay with an upgrade and incredible staff interaction. We asked for blankets and pillows to make the couch for our kids and a staff member came in to make the entire bed and added in our kids stuffed animals as a nice touch. Great breakfast benefit for globalists and great walkable location for petco park.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and several good amenities
Nice clean hotel. Comfortable rooms and bed. Front desk was very accommodating to requests at check in. Housekeeping did a great job. There are some interior quiet rooms which are quiet. There is a rooftop pool and bar. And an STK restaurant on site.
