Great suite with hotel right around the corner from gaslamp's 5th street. Very convenient location and great hotel. Will be back

Disappointed tourist
The most unwelcoming hotel I've stayed at. Staff on reception lacked knowledge and were unhelpful, Rooftop bar was a rip off and the staff were really slow and inattentive. Apart from a couple the entire staff seemed to not want to be there and didn't have a brain cell between them. I would never stay there again. Avoid at all cost. Poor, ruined the end off our holiday.

A none Friendly, Rip Off Hotel
Not a great hotel. The reception staff not knowledgeable enough on the area, we asked about something and was given a booklet to look through to see if it was in there, she didnt have a clue. Spencer on the valet cars was great full of information and pointed us in the right direction. The pool bar not great. Service extremely slow, very expensive and noone wanting to help. Its a card only hotel which didnt suit us. Very disappointed in this Hotel. And $70 to park your car because they only have Valet parking wow! Was not expectations that. I feel it's just a money grabbing place, $10 for a portion of fries, rip off. Its not a very friendly Hotel. Will not be coming back.

A great value for business travel. Superior quality rooms and service. Rooftop bar, breakfast and lounge area is fantastic.

Great all around
I was here for two nights and everything was great. Super friendly staff, room was precisely what I expected when I booked, and location was super convenient. Really not much more to say except definitely a good choice!
