Phenomenal experience!
One of the best resort stays I’ve ever had in my life! Hands down some of the best all around service, atmosphere, and entertainment I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Mixed bag
Stunning property. Beautiful grounds. Ornate architecture. Luxurious accommodations. However, service was mediocre at best. Definitely understaffed during my stay. Long wait for food Sunday evening in the library. One waiter for was out of his league at this establishment: loud and unsophisticated. Understaffed at spa. Understaffed at pool - restaurant was not even open. Understaffed in lobby and valet. I am as pushing my father in a wheelchair and no one opened the door for me on more than occasion.

Nice getaway for one day
Even though it rained outside my family enjoyed your restaurant and staff was excellent. We were able to take a small tour out back when the rain stopped a little to see the pools and the stables and play area for my grand children. My room 210 was very nice although the sheet was torn housekeeping, Gana, did an excellent job taking care of replacing it and also found the duvet was soiled and replaced it. Very polite and professional. Hope to visit with my family again and play golf. Thank you Michael V Cruz

Service at the hotel was good a bit slow serving drinks but we can move with that
Booked a king bed they gave us twin beds in a handicap room by the time we checked in we were too tired to deal with changing the room .

Amazing people
We had an amazing experience at the spa! Olivera was an amazing esthetician! All the staff there was also so kind…. The snacks were delicious! We also had two fabulous experiences at Amaya! Vladimir was outstanding and so thoughtful. Mattia was great during dinner service. And Rustin came to make a special Bloody Mary for us which was incredible! We will definitely be back!
