Fairmont Grand Del Mar

From the minute, we entered the gate, to the drive out, we had an awesome experience at Fairmont Grand Del Mar! I can’t say enough about the staff. Every person we encountered was extremely helpful and nice. Dylan checked us in and was friendly and efficient. When we asked for a different room, he was quick to accommodate us. Nok was our checkout person and very friendly too. We ate at Amaya and had the pleasure of having Vladimir our server twice. Bessim also helped take care of us. What an excellent team in the restaurant. The grounds and hotel are beautiful and well accommodating. We had dinner at Addison by William Bradley and were so pleasantly surprised that the hotel offered a shuttle to and from the restaurant. A very marvelous experience. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

My wife and I were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary and with having the Fairmont diamond status we knew that the Del Mar would not disappoint. From the moment we checked in with a first class front desk team we were treated excellent throughout our three day stay. Our suite was exceptional including the restaurants as well as room service. Shout out to everyone from baggage, housekeeping, concierge and servers. All professional and very personable.

I had an exceptional experience at the Fairmount Del Mar. Sarah in the spa was incredibly welcoming and recognized the special occasion I was celebrating. Jasmine was equally welcoming, celebratory and gave a transformative wellness experience. It was more than a massage. It was a healing g experience for my mind body and spirit. Kyoko saw me. She welcomed me back from my treatment and attended to my every need. I was so relaxed I frequently got lost as I was floating on a cloud. Ryder made my pool side lunch all that I could want it to be. With kind, efficient service and fantastic suggestions, this afternoon was one of the best. Stephanie supported me in the gift shop and responded with compassion when I needed care. Thank you Dylan for introducing yourself listening to my experience. I can’t wait to return. I will be coming back soon!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. We were attending a wedding and the atmosphere, flowers and food were outstanding. Highly recommend. One recommendation is for reading lights for the bed. I took the shade off the lamp to read in bed. The lamp was stationary so couldn’t be moved closer to the bed.
