Kona Kai Resort and Spa

It was my birthday and they gave me a free upgrade to my room. The employees were all very nice and helpful, the grounds were beautiful and the rooms were wonderful.

Celebrated our 28th year anniversary and everything amazing! Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, and yummy food! We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine, strawberries and chocolate truffles!

Second time coming to Kona Kai, the resort is great location is the best however the hotel is GROSSLY understaffed. We were told in January they dramatically cut staff and unfortunately you could tell. Dinner service was unbelievably slow, they had two people doing seating and taking orders with multiple families and weddings going on. When we got out to the pool same story, packed hotel from vacationers and wedding guests two people making drinks while also serving and cleaning up food. Again we love Kona Kai, it’s excellent. Last year when the hotel was fully staffed and the experience matched the location.

We did our wedding here; it was so easy and smooth and fantastic. Everyone could not stop saying how beautiful it was and how it was the best wedding, food and cake anyone has ever had at a wedding. We have several cooks and restaurants owners in the family, so very hard critics and they were all pleasantly surprised. They made our ceremony and our reception so beautiful and unforgettable, we enjoyed every step of it.

Price charge is ridicules they add up scam bill from my deposit cr card,,,, the room just normal rooms nothing fancy while they charge me as fancy hotel price,,,
