Great amenities but rooms are outdated for 4 star hotel
Overall, beautiful view and amenities. They however DO NOT offer room service though it states on the website that they do and their hours of operation for their restaurant is not accurate as well. I came on a Sun-Tues and had no option for late night food so I had to find other restaurants outside of the hotel. Rooms are outdated but the amenities are fantastic.

Stay away if possible
We have stayed at the property to celebrate our kids birthday in October 2025. The overall property and the amenities are up to the mark for the price we paid but the from office is very sketchy. On day of checking out I tried to use my hotel credit on the property and the receptionist just lied that we have used up all our credit. When I asked for receipt he just comes back saying it is still available for use. When we try to purchase something from the gift shop he was just very rude and had not let us buy anything. I suspect they are just claiming the credit for themselves while denying us they credit. Very unhappy with the front desk service overall.

A fabulous resort on San Diego Bay
A beautiful resort in a beautiful location. A lovely patio outside of our room. Private beaches all around us with nightly fire pits. And an amazing restaurant and the best bar!! The bar manager & bartender made our stay even better. Thank you Kona Kai

Great place. 100% recommended to others.
Location is beautiful. Atmosphere is beautiful. My room was ready after 4 pm which was a bit disappointing. But overall the experience was great.

Away from the bustle on quiet shelter island. Highly recommend this resort for couples and families!
This is the last resort at the end of shelter island. It is quiet and pleasant and the view is the marina or bay side is great. Highly recommend this resort!
