A Very Disappointing Experience!
Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and I could not connect with my laptop. The check-in process was difficult because of very unprofessional and rude front desk staff. Overall customer service was poor. I was booked for 3 days. I checked out on the 2nd day and found me another hotel.

Beautiful location, room was very clean, lots of things to do on the property, beach view and beautiful weather, what else do you need?!?

Amazing Experience !
The location is stunning. That alone is worth it. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The pool was great and the fire pits were so nice. Everything stayed open late and there was always someone to help. Love it here and will be coming back.

Our anniversary
Overall, we were pleased with this facility. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing I could say is that we thought the rooms would’ve been a little nicer and more up-to-date. Overall, we were very satisfied.we loved the outdoor fire pits

Amazing Anniversary
Kona Kia's staff was very attentive. I have nothing negative to say. I would give a 5 if the menu in the restaurant was expanded.
