Good location next to village & beaches . Good pool waiting for bigger pool open with spa . Hotel’s is in remodeling stages hopefully will be much better on my next visit

Hotel is currently going through renovations and is experiencing issues with their AC units in the rooms. This is a known issue that they will not tell you until you call it out after experiencing a hot room. They have two towers, Harbor and Seaport, the AC issue seems to be in the Harbor tower so be aware. Several guest I spoke with had the same issue. On another note, staff was great and welcoming, but the most important part is the quality of the room and I can say it was not the best for such a "high-class" hotel. They did give me another room after having an engineer come out to tell me the AC was working and after I had to wake up at 4am to request a room change from waking up in sweat from the heat in the room. They did discount my bill and provided me a cold room in the Seaport tower, but I think this is an issue that could have been avoided.

Excellent hotel with great personal service. Incredible elevator service! But the AI bots do not work at all. But dealing with the human staff was very pleasant and they are very helpful and competent. Special thanks to Basel for all his help!

This hotel looks amazing, great location! Unfortunately we arrived to find out the main pool, fitness area and restaurant are all closed for renovations through 2026. They have a much smaller 2nd pool available but it’s not nearly big enough for such a large hotel. Overcrowded and nowhere to sit. Our room was clean but a bit older. No dresser for clothing.

The hotel is beautiful and the location couldn't be more perfect. We were able to walk to many attractions. The main pool area is currently under renovation (which we were not aware of ahead of time) and the secondary pool was completely packed because of this - no available chairs and not able to get into the pool without bumping into someone. Traveling with kids so would have liked to know that ahead of time. Housekeeping occurs very late in the day and I had to inquire on three of the days to assure we would be getting new towels, etc as it was 5pm and no sign of them. Breakfast was amazing. All hotel staff were very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again (after the pool is finished). View from the top is breathtaking.
