Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego

We love this hotel and have always had a good experience. This time, we ended up in a ADA room on the 23rd floor. We did not reserve this special room but it was a nice corner room. The problem was the bed. It was very low to the ground and WAY too soft. I'm not sure if the mattress had seen better days but it had a giant padded cover. It was literally like sleeping on top of feather pillows. Zero support. The second night I literally tried to sleep on the half circle couch and the 4 foot long bench for support. Slept 12 hours when I got home along with a muscle relaxer. If I had it to do over I would have asked for another room. It really impacted our stay. Other than that the hotel is consistently great.

Great location, service, and atmosphere. Service was excellent. Sally's restaurant food, service and environment were excellent.

Wonderful experience and can't beat the location. Concierge service was very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for either business or personal travelers.

The Manchester Hyatt was beautiful and in an amazing location. We were just minutes from the airport and right on the waterfront near Seaport Village where we could grab coffee, ice cream, and a nice walk. We watched ships roll into the base across the water and could access nearly any activity within 10-20 minutes walking! The USS Midway museum was close by, the Gaslamp district and Padres stadium were down the road. The whole experience was positive and easy.
