Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego

Worst Hyatt experience I have ever had. Towels were way way way too rough; I've had better towels at Motel6. Maid forgot to leave washcloths, which took 3 requests and many hours to get more. Toilet paper plies did not stick together; every time you tore the toilet paper, one of the plies would separate from its match--very annoying. Maid serviced my daughter's bathroom but did not make the bed. Maid overlooked my Kleenex box signaling a changeout was needed. In-room phone did not work at all. Hotel was very noisy. Even the maids were letting the doors bang closed. Terrible management in my opinion. Staff in the lobby were all very nice however. Just bad towels, bad toilet paper, bad maid service, and bad noise.

The best accommodation. We were upgraded to suite room for free with added roll away bed for free and a gallon of water compliment.

my experience was amazing. I slept good. It was quite great view of the water the people were very helpful. The bar was very nice. They always had the sports games on. I would definitely come back a matter of fact I would come back every day if I could

We really loved our stay. It had been raining a lot during the NYE but there was a lot of things to do in the hotel and nearby areas to explore. Party at Clicquot was awesome! Can’t wait to spend another vacation with Hyatt.

The accommodations were excellent! The service was outstanding! Our New Year’s Eve experience was great! We had no expectations when we booked the hotel but we wanted to celebrate the new year in a grand way. Everything was amazing and we will not hesitate to stay there again.
