5 star experience
This is by far the best hotel in San Diego. The hotel is stunning and has a great location to walk along the Embarcadero. The staff is also 5 star. Very helpful and friendly.

Nice family stay.
Nice weekend stay. The room was clean and quiet. It was nice to be close to restaurants, and we were able to walk around downtown from the hotel. My daughter also liked the lawn games by the family pool. We also enjoyed the views from out bay side view room. I appreciated that I was able to leave my car parked until 3 pm on check out day.

Amazing hotel. Very well maintained and beautiful property. A lot of activities and dining options so I would stay at least for a few evening.

Great suite with a view and excellent customer service!
We stayed in a hospitality suite, and it was wonderful! The room was clean, and we had lovely views from just about every place in the room, a true bonus! The customer service was great, and seeing the sunset at the Top of the Hyatt is a must! The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-designed, with amenities that focus on guests and Balmain toiletries. It was a staycation that I will definitely do again!
