Rancho Bernardo Inn

My daughter's wedding was in late February 2026. With a 5 month engagement, planning had to move quickly. JENNY RHYMES (Catering Sales & Services Manager) was wonderful to work with. She is friendly, knowledgeable, sweet, on time, and responds to emails and phone calls within 24 hours. Without Jenny the rehearsal and wedding would not have been so seamless. Everything about the wedding far exceeded our expectations. Ease of parking, signage, food, ambiance, guest rooms, and the overall feel was exactly what my daughter and her husband had dreamed of. RBI provides a unique setting, beautiful greenery and old world charm. The ceremony was on the North Lawn surrounded by rose bushes. The reception was like a fairytale on the Santiago Courtyard and the dancing was in the Santiago Ballroom. Big thank-you to the entire staff that helped in making our weekend perfect.

What a FANTASTIC-AMAZING experience we had at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. This was our first visit to this property for a wedding and it was perfect! The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious the management of the property get A+. Kudos to General Manager Jamie Lemon and his staff. My first interaction was with Reservations Manager Natalia Neminov who was a pleasure to deal with. She presented all of our options and as my first interaction with the staff knocked it out of the park. Before we left for the property I confirmed our reservation with Front Desk Manager Benjamin Garcia. Mr. Garcia made sure our room was ready since we had a long drive and the wedding promptly started at 4PM. Benjamin followed up with us and confirmed that that the room would be cleaned and ready upon our arrival and checked in with us via email, text and phone to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The day after the wedding I walked the outside to appreciate the beauty of the golf course and the grounds of this spectacular hotel. During my walk several of the employees asked if I would like a water. I didn't ask they offered! This is just one example how the employees are trained to give incredible customer service. The wedding was beautiful and the food and view at the wedding we all raved about. The bottom line is, we will be back to the Rancho Bernardo Inn. You can never take back a first impression and boy did everyone at the Rancho Bernardo Inn make a wonderful impression.

Being a resort club member at the Rancho Bernardo Inn is a blessing. Wonderful amenities, fabulous property, and an outstanding staff in every way. From the moment, I set foot on the property until I pulled out of the parking lot. Everything was outstanding. I will continue to return whether I'm celebrating anything or just wanting a few days of peace and quiet and golf and spa treatments.

From the moment I pulled into the valet area to the time I left the property, my overnight stay at the Rancho Bernardo Inn to attend the San Diego Women's Week Leadership Conference hosted by the North San Diego Business Chamber was nothing short of magical. While my daughter-in-law checked into her room, I joined a colleague for a drink in the Avante bar (highly recommend the refreshing Jalicso Roots!) I then joined my daughter-in-law for a quick dinner - we shared a Parker House Roll (YUM!), the crispy brussel sprouts, and the local ahi tuna. Thank you to the amazing bar tender on duty that night who treated us as if we were the only customers there. We were not. My room on the 1st floor of the 600's building included a private patio with a firepit and both white roses and pink jasmine were in full bloom. The building dedicated to the conference was beautifully decorated, the staff supporting the event were both present and invisible. A special touch of the day was seeing several emerging and seasoned women leaders from the Rancho Bernardo Inn attend the leadership conference. The day included a beautiful lunch on the grounds across from the conference room. My vegetarian option of curried cauliflower was one of the most delicious dishes I've eaten at any 4-star property around the world. My only regret was not taking note of the names of the many RBI employees who made sure that I experienced 5-star service regardless of who was watching or how busy they were. Can't wait to return to take advantage of the spa while my husband enjoys the golf course which is part of his favorite JC Resorts properties!

Rancho Bernardo Inn is such an amazing hotel. I stayed here recently and the service was absolutely outstanding. Benjamin, the hotel manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure we loved our stay and were completely happy with our room. There is also a great casual restaurant on site with really delicious food. Our waitress, Wendy, was so kind and attentive. She made sure we were enjoying everything and took great care of us throughout the meal. And if you enjoy golfing, they also have a beautiful golf course!
