Great stay will be back 😊☀️
I had an amazing experience at Tower 23. The location on the beach was fantastic. My room was clean and I was able to ask for a microwave and it was given to complimentary on the hotel no extra cost. We were greeted with kindness by their amazing representative Aiden who went above our expectations with his hospitality. The atmosphere was classy and welcoming. What was paid for our stay was worth it and we will stay here again. The amenities were good we were able to bike ride for free as bike rentals came with your stay. The valet was kind and polite and worth the fee for the area. The only thing I wish we could have had at this hotel was a pool and jacuzzi. Also, the ber I slept in was a little too firm for my liking but all in room was clean and cleaned daily on our request.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay! Excellent attentive customer service! Rooms and hotel are extremely clean and smells fresh. I wipe down every room I stay in with Clorox wipes and this room the wipe was clean no dirt in site! Very comfortable beds and the proximity to beach and views are unmatched!

Perfect Location!
The hotel is fantastic! The staff and rooms are great.Had the ocean view room and loved it .We were close to everything.Valet had your car out quickly and the staff was very friendly and polite.

Meh go somewhere else
It’s an OK hotel, there are just some things that are really annoying. I understand smoking is obsolete now, but there is No smoking tower. So I’m just littering. I honestly just don’t feel welcomed here as a smoker. Also you have to plug your phone a quarter of a mile away from the bed. The staff is wonderful and I understand it’s their job. But every time you go in and out. Be prepared to talk to them. Would rather be left alone. I was extremely disappointed about the pool. It’s a pool only for your feet.

Love this Hotel
Tower 23 has been a second home for me and my family. Beautiful hotel, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant JRDN is top notch. This past week we got to stay 4 days and I have to give a shout out to Austin! That guy was so sweet and attentive, not only with our car, but when my little girls wanted anything for the beach he showed them all the cool stuff the hotel has to offer and even let them choose which kind of boogie board and sand toys to take down to the beach! He made it a fun experience for them and I love that.

Outstanding location facing the ocean in an old beach suburb of San Diego. Beautiful setting and clean contemporary design to establish a new standard for the city. Impeccable rooms atop a fine restaurant and service is hip, attentive and aware. I lose myself every time I stay. A highlight of my travels.
