Amal was absolutely amazing! She made my entire experience so wonderful and refreshing. Truly, one of the best massages Ive ever had. Will definitely be coming back!!

Cristina was wonderful. She greeted us with so much warmth and kindness and remembered our names throughout our short stay. I was very impressed with her commitment to beingsure everyone was well served. She is a total keeper.

Shout out to one of the employees at the One Hotel, Avis, for AMAZING top tier customer service! I like to recommend him to be the spokesperson for this Hotel because he was so proud to be working there. This shows such respect for their management team. I’ve job indeed team! Massage spa package was spectacular! Suite room with huge tub was heavenly. The room was easy to move around and efficiently spread out. Lots of smart storage and closet spaces. Spectacular views from the top hangout places. Guests there were super cool & chill. Plenty of international flare indeed! Location is perfect… so close to the Ferry Building, Embarcadero San Francisco, CA. Will definitely be staying there again. the management team. Everyone there were sooooo kind to my two service dogs too!

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location by the waterfront. The rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Friendly staff, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would especially like to thank Poonam at the front desk for her outstanding service. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in San Francisco. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel San Francisco and would happily give it five stars. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Embarcadero, Ferry Building, and many of San Francisco’s top attractions. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, modern, and relaxing, with a unique nature-inspired design that creates a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was well-appointed with thoughtful details and comfortable furnishings. While the room was a bit smaller than we expected, it was efficiently designed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although there were many amenities available, we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of all amenities. The staff consistently delivered friendly, attentive service that made us feel welcome from check-in through departure. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The only drawbacks were that the room size was somewhat limited and the overall cost was higher than what we typically pay at the Fairmont. That said, the exceptional location, atmosphere, cleanliness, amenities, and service made for an excellent experience overall. We would definitely stay here again.
