Poonam at the front desk was amazing!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Poonam at the front desk for making our stay at 1 Hotel San Francisco so incredibly special. My mom was visiting all the way from China, and Poonam truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. She even gave my mom the absolute cutest little bee, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch that completely made her day! Thanks to Poonam's outstanding hospitality, we enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing night taking in the fabulous water views. If you are staying here, you are in great hands with Poonam. Thank you for such a beautiful welcome to SF!

This is only a review for the Bamford Spa where I received an extraordinary massage from Amal the therapist, she was thoughtful and skilled and gave me a fabulous massage and really good and loving care. Highly recommend.!

Come to SF for this hotel
The attention to detail at the hotel is bar none. The expense is worth every penny. The bad and bedding are wonderful, the bathroom products are stellar and the at m staff is kind, professional and accommodating. I have started in many hotels over my life from hostels to 5 Star and this is my favorite one. I come to SF just to stay here. Also, the spa is great. I got a massage from Amal that was, again, with the high cost. With views over the bay and great products, it was truly luxuriously relaxing. Highly recommend the spurge!
