Basic, with a 4 star feeling
If you think this will feel like 1 Hotel Miami or 1 Hotel London, it s important that you know that the feeling is completely different. There is no 24 hs room service, extremely poor service at the restaurant, very poor options for food and only one dessert for dinner... Just ice cream, one flavor, all this at the main the restaurant. Unbelievable. The quality of the food is good but no options and 6 things to choose from for breakfast, No waiter. You have to order breakfast at a counter. Sloppy service. Noisy rooms. I had a room with a terrace but could not enjoy being out because of an unbearable noise from nearby AC. Very nice people at the entrance and reception, we enjoyed the bikes and the beautiful lighting and design but 1 Hotel in San Francisco is expensive for the service it offers. There must be better options around if you look for 5 star. This is not. 1 Hotel San francisco should not charge more than 300/400 usd the night, the service is not 5 star. It s time they notice or upgrade the service, and don t mislead guests.

Everything you could want in a city hotel and more.
You cannot beat the One experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The location across from the ferry terminal is outstanding. Our upgraded room had and incredible view over the Embarcadero it was spacious and warm (love the “Not Now” rock, you’ll see what I mean). Most importantly, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Christina behind the desk! She was super knowledgeable and charming, and she gave us great ideas for places to go in the city, which were spot on. Considering the level of luxury, comfort and charm, we felt the cost was reasonable, particularly for a room in the heart of San Francisco. We will be back!

BAMFORD SPA IN SF NEEDS THE REWARDS!
Parisa is AMAZING at the Bamford Spa in SF! I’ve been to South Beach and this location in SF is TOP. She is the best of the best in San Francisco Bay Area and Amal is the best receptionist there! She’s so sweet and I didn’t even get a massage and took care of me while I waited for my mother for her massage to be done! Literally - I refer everyone here! Bamford Spa is GOLD STAR! Service is amazing!
