Worth a stay
Quality hotel a short walk from Union Square, with plenty of restaurants and diners in the area. Large rooms, full facilities, helpful staff, nice lobby. Hotel parking prohibitively expensive, and cheaper outside parking requires walking through dubious streets (was ok for me as a 6-foot tall male, but I wouldn't have been comfortable with my wife or daughter parking alone). Nothing the hotel can do about the streets with public parking, but may be worth reducing hotel parking charges to keep guests safer.

Amazing hotel! Great location, large rooms, friendly and helpful staff! It rained and we were able to borrow loaner umbrellas from front desk to cruise around town!

Perfect December getaway
Wonderful experience. Comfy bed, great shower with good water pressure. Oddly, we were cold in the room when the thermostat was at 65. Usually, hotels run too warm. But it was nice to be able to snuggle up! Better too cold than too hot. Super smooth and crisp sheets. Friendly front desk staff. Huge room (upgraded king room). Nice way to spend a couple nights in downtown SF to take advantage of the Christmas decorations/events. Thanks!

Family Christmas time
Had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The front desk was very helpful and was able to accommodate our request of 2 queens! I believe it was Albert who helped us get checked in!

Great location
Great hotel if you want to be in the middle of all the action two blocks from Union square. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating we were celebrating a special event and were upgraded to a better room with a view. Hotel lobby is very clean and lots of sitting area with a bar lounge and Fredrick’s eatery in lobby as well. Room was very clean and bathroom was clean n so to date with all the amenities. We were on the 8th floor with a good view
