Hotel Kabuki - JDV by Hyatt

Customer service really does make a difference, and Hyatt Kabuki gets it right. We absolutely loved our anniversary stay here. There is something special about this hotel, and I honestly think it starts at the front desk. Wilmer was fantastic. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel like more than just another guest checking in. Just minutes after we got to our room, he called to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if there was anything he could do to make our anniversary weekend special. We had read some of the other reviews that mentioned Wilmer before our stay, and they were absolutely right. We actually called the hotel before booking and were fortunate enough to get him on the phone. He gave us great restaurant suggestions and shared some insights about the hotel, which ultimately led us to book on the spot. When we checked in, he remembered our conversation from the phone call. He is one of those people who just makes an experience better. The people on the ground are what really make the difference, and Wilmer exemplifies that. Every organization needs someone like him, the kind of employee you wish you could steal for your own team! But please don't steal him… we're looking forward to coming back to Hyatt Kabuki again!

We thoroughly enjoy staying at the Kabuki Hotel. It is clean and tidy and nice. The location in Japan town is awesome, letting us get to great food and shopping with minimal walking. Always looking forward to staying at the Kabuki when we are in San Francisco.

Kabuki is nice cozy hotel. Located in Japan Town - a nice neighborhood to roam around. I have stayed here a couple of times now. I like Kabuki because - it's a great hotel (lovely place, nice decor, nice rooms, friendly staff), great location (I travel with a toddler, it nice to have places right next to the hotel where we can walk to), also pet friendly.

Love our stay! 3rd year in a row at this property, right in the mix of Japantown. The breakfast is incredible. Highly recommend a corner room (if you can)

unparalleled customer service at the front desk (Wilmer is awesome not because he's left handed like me but because he is kind, hospitable and accommodating to all) The location is convenient and the rooms are uniquely decorated.
