Had one of the best Spa experiences ever. Had booked a couple’s tub and massage but had to go by myself. It was too late to cancel the second treatment but Amal was super helpful and despite them never doing it before, she helped me turn my couple’s massage into a 4 hands massage. All i can say is that my massage with Asia and Parisa was unbelievable! Honestly the best Spa experience I ever had. I think they might even consider offering it as a service after it went so well. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Bamford Spa. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly serene and calming, the perfect setting to unwind. I booked a massage, and it ended up being one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was extremely attentive, focusing on the areas that needed the most work without me even having to say much. Every movement felt intentional and therapeutic. By the time I left, I felt like a bowl of Jello, completely relaxed, loose, and at peace. I can’t recommend Bamford Spa enough if you’re looking for a truly rejuvenating experience.

Absolutely wonderful. In the heart of San Francisco however you feel like you are I. Your private oasis. Enjoyed both tubs and couples massage. Hands down the best! Great service, unique tubs, and wonderful views of bridge and SF skyline. A must do!!

Since it’s the weekend, my husband and I decided to take a short getaway to San Francisco to relax—and as a pregnant woman, I truly needed the break. We checked into 1 Hotel, which has such a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. One of the highlights of this trip was my visit to Bamford Spa. It’s often hard to find places that offer treatments for pregnant women, but Bamford Spa was not only welcoming, they were incredibly professional. I had a one-hour prenatal massage, and the entire experience was soothing from start to finish. The therapist was attentive and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so well taken care of.

1 Hotel is the best hotel in SF, which generally has a pretty limited choices. Safe, clean, excellent design, delicious food options, good location. Belinda at the spa is incredibly talented at deep tissue massages. I've gotten a lot and hers was one of the best, truly.
