Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Excellent experience. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Moscone Center. Room cleanliness could be improved, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special appreciation goes to Anish for his outstanding kindness and professionalism during both the check-in and check-out procedures.

This hotel is one of the cleanest and most professional I've ever been to. The atmosphere feels very cool and relaxed. We were here for Pokémon XP / Worlds, so this location was perfect. Love that we have Trader Joe's next door to grab healthy groceries as well. Jasmine and crew provided phenomenal customer service and went above and beyond for us. We'll be back next time we're in town. Much love from Minnesota.

We had a great experience at hotel Zelos! Despite being located in a busy and hectic area, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff, especially Jazmin and Yousef, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They made us feel right at home and truly helped make our trip more enjoyable. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again!

Visited SF for Pokemon Worlds and had a lovely stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here. Jeff, from the very beginning, was so sweet to us. He made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and would answer any questions we had. Grateful to have had the pleasure of staying here. Will definitely book again if I am ever in SF.

Came for the Pokémon Worlds tournament and originally intended to move locations for an additional two days before heading home. We changed our minds and chose to stay here for the additional two days. Jeff asked that we come back later and instead took care of it without us having to do so. Extremely great service and would stay again.
