About the Hotel
Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

I recently stated at Hotel Zelos, and I enjoyed myself there very much. Jesile and other staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, making check-in easy and without a problem. The room I stayed in was clean, and it was quite spacious with comfy bed. However, what really impressed me was the high level of the customer service provided by everyone there. I can assure you that I would stay at Hotel Zelos again.😊

Great Hotel in great location
Great location, the metro and trams were 2 minutes walk from the hotel making it easy to get about. The very spacious rooms, were clean and great value for money

We will be back!
I will be coming back. It’s definitely closer to a hotel than a traditional AirBnB home. I was greeted by Jesille, who was extremely welcoming. Location is superb. The only slight cons is that (I) water and ice machine was out of commission (ii) anyone can access the elevator between 9 to 5 (I think). The elevator requires a card access after 5.
