Hotel Zelos San Francisco

My hotel stay has been excellent, the room is clean and beautiful. Everyone here has been really kind and helpful, and Jeff was especially lovely when I checked in. I’ve come to town for a busy week, and it’s been great to have such a nice place to stay.

Jeff at the front desk was amazing and helped me with a wide variety of problems. His continuous help made the week in the hotel relaxing and enjoyable!

Stayed here for a work retreat. Very wonderful experience, hotel room was quiet and clean. I arrived much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but Jeff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me into my room early. That kind of service is exceptional!

I stayed at Hotel Zelos San Francisco last week while attending Dreamforce, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Moscone Center, Union Square, and plenty of great restaurants. The staff were warm and accommodating, making check-in smooth even with the busy conference week crowds. My room was clean, quiet, and modern, with a super-comfortable bed—exactly what I needed after long conference days. The onsite restaurant and bar, Dirty Habit, was a great spot to unwind in the evening. Overall, Hotel Zelos was the perfect mix of style, comfort, and convenience. I’d absolutely stay here again for next year’s Dreamforce or any San Francisco trip.

The entire staff was kind and accommodating! The hotel was well kept, clean, cool aesthetic and felt like a little oasis in the middle of downtown. Shoutout in particular to Jeff who helped check us into our room early which was incredibly helpful given our tightly packed weekend stay. Even if they didn’t have a room ready, confident they would have kept our bags safe.
