About the Hotel

Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

Perfect location, near union square and shopping center ross just across the street. Hospitality of this hotel is amazing Jazz checked us in early and tried her best to accommodate our request also Jeselle the night front desk who greeted you with big smile. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now and each time I am always impressed by how large the rooms are and how nice the front office staff are. One of them, Jaz, recognized I had stayed their previously and offered me a free upgrade. It's nice to know that the staff is so attentive and honestly you cannot beat the location. It's right next to Market and a short walk away from Union Square. The area is safe and the lobby has security at night, making your stay feel even more secure. Would highly recommend!
