Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Overall pretty good. Room was specious, neat and clean. Serviced everyday during the entire length of stay. Location was awesome for the purpose of my trip. The in-house restaurant was pretty good and added convenience when needed Will stay again

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Jesille at the front desk, and I can't say enough about how wonderful she was. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Jesille went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, offering helpful suggestions and making our stay more enjoyable. Her kindness and genuine care for her guests truly stood out. Location was perfect for work or conference. Clean and comfortable room. Jazmine and Nabih were both very friendly and welcoming.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Zelos. This was not our first time but we keep coming back because of how wonderful it is. Anish (works at the front desk) was super kind, and even upgraded our room. Will be coming back again soon!
