About the Hotel
Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

Michael at the front desk made my stay
Michael at the front desk was a highlight of my stay at Hotel Zelos. He was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked up, and he made check-in easy. He was friendly and helpful the whole time, and it felt like he cared that I had a good stay. Great location, and a team that makes you feel looked after. Thanks Michael, I'll be back.

You can do better Hotel Zelos
This hotel allowed guest who we were extremely loud, who were verbally abusive to one another and VERY disruptive (for hours) to guests in adjacent rooms. I had a horrible stay and did not feel safe, the Hotel staff spoke to the disruptive guests and that was it, they were allowed to stay in the same room, same floor, and the non disruptive guests had to hold our breath while feeling like the hotel could have done more or better.
