About the Hotel
Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

Great spot in DT SF
The location is great and you have access to lots of public transportation options. It’s a very chill hotel and you feel welcomed and at home there. The rooms are small, but it’s honestly perfect. They’re clean and tidy, couldn’t ask for more. The staff is friendly and the check in/check out process is very easy. Would recommend.

Convenient location, clean, great experience
Location was awesome in a safe area. BART train to/from airport, MUNI, and cable cars were a block away or less. Front desk staff were very friendly and were helpful offering suggestions to my son and I on our first visit to the city. Room was clean, modern, and well-kept. Housekeeping did an awesome job. I would definitely want to stay here again when we come back to San Francisco!

Jeff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the rest of the staff was just as kind and helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that someone from the staff checked in with me the morning after my arrival to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable. The location is another big plus. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Jeff was very helpful, and welcoming. He checked me in quickly, everything was very easy. Great experience. The rooms are very clean.
