About the Hotel
Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

Excellent experience
I got to the hotel way before the check in time and Jeff from the front desk was a sweetheart and let me check in early. He was so kind and helpful. The room is just perfect, so nice and the hotel is very well located. I couldn’t be happier ❤️

Wonderful staff and great hotel
The hotel and service were wonderful. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff, Jeff at the front desk helped us get an early check in so we could rest after a long trip, he was a godsend!!

Excellent experience!
The bed was super comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Parking is available right next to the hotel, very convenient. Location is a 10+.as it is close to many stores, including Starbucks.

There’s No Time Like the Present “A1 Quality At Its Best
A1 hotel. Room, bathroom, lobby clean and modern.Staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaraunt, and security) super supportive and helpful. The only thing I can say is the tub was huge and not expected. Per the picture online it was a short round soaker tub. In my room #831 it was a huge big box square tub from the 80’s.
