Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Great hotel and I want to specifically thank Anish for his great hospitality! It made me feel very welcomed at my first step at the hotel!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. It is a perfect choice for business travel. Although it is located in the city center, the environment is quiet and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no street noise, which allowed me to focus on work and rest comfortably after a long day. The room was spacious and very well maintained. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, providing great support and ensuring high quality sleep. The windows were also large, bringing in plenty of natural light and offering a nice view, while still maintaining strong privacy. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed how clean and fresh everything looked. There was a large full length mirror, which was very convenient when preparing for meetings or going out. The bathroom was well equipped and included a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing. There were plenty of fresh towels and tissues available, and the room was stocked with many thoughtful amenities. It was clear that the hotel pays attention to detail and guest comfort. The facilities are very complete. There is a gym available, and both breakfast and dinner are provided, which made my stay much more convenient. The location is excellent. Right across the street are Trader Joe’s, Macy’s, and Ross, and there are many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The front desk manager was exceptionally professional and friendly. He patiently introduced the hotel services and ensured I felt welcomed. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel for business trips.

Stylish, modern hotel with artwork so cool you might consider stealing it. Jeff at the front desk was welcoming, perfectly chatty, and very accommodating. He deserves recognition and probably a raise! I’d definitely stay here again. It’s also located right next to the BART and bus lines so that’s a bonus.

Loved my stay at Hotel Zelos. The location is perfect for walking around SF, the rooms are super comfortable, and the whole place has a cool, modern vibe without feeling over the top. It just feels easy and welcoming from the second you walk in. Huge shoutout to Jeff at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. He made check in smooth, gave great recommendations, and was just the kind of person who makes you feel taken care of. You can tell he really cares about guests having a good experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Five stars for the hotel and especially for Jeff.
