About the Hotel
Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

Amazing staff!
I had a wonderful experience because of an amazing staff, Anish at Hotel zelos, I had a booking issue with Booking.com, and Anish was very patient and assist me to solve the issue. I will go stay the hotel again because of Anish.

Spot-on well in SFO downtown, value for money!
Awesome location. Very nice staff. Very good restaurant as well - well served and tasty dinners, plenty of breakfast options as well. Large enough room, well clean and comfortable. Quality wi-fi.

Heart of sf clean safe stylish
Clean and quiet hotel. Great bar and restaurant. Comfortable clean beds. Jeff on the front desk was great too. I recommend zealously!

Great hotel and in excellent location.
Anish at the reception was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great area of downtown SFO. Very convenient.

Bring your own water and coffee
This is in a great location and the staff is friendly. However, there is no coffee machine in your room, and it is not available until 7 at the hotel, which isn’t great if you’re from out of town and up early. Also, no water in the room to drink.
