About the Hotel
Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

Beautiful room, relaxing stay in downtown SF!
Our stay at the Hotel Zelos was excellent. The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job and were also very friendly. I would recommend the Hotel if you are coming to San Francisco for a visit!

Awesome Stay
We had an awesome 2 night stay with friends and family. We had a total of 4 rooms among our group and everyone raved about their clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and cool vibe. Location is also convenient to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to book again when visiting San Francisco.

Great stay and location
Location is great with transport and shops nearby. Room was also fine, but no coffee machine; only coffee available from 7 to 11 am .room where clean, and staff were friendly.

Amazing Guest service and atmosphere
Walked in and instantly was so excited it’s classy and simple but also clean and welcoming. I was greeted by the 2 amazing ladies at the front Jasmi and Jesille who were so helpful and kind. I came with my boyfriend on our first one year trip and she made it extra amazing by updating us to a room with a bigger bathtub after i had made a joke about wanting to swim. Offered free breakfast and coffee with a cute bar that has such a lovely and fun vibe. 1000000000/10 I would love to come and stay here again. oh also the room was amazing perfect bed and bathroom were both so clean!!!
