Hotel Zelos San Francisco

5/5. Hotel staff was kind and checked us in early Jeff was amazing. We will be back

A1 hotel. Room, bathroom, lobby clean and modern.Staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaraunt, and security) super supportive and helpful. The only thing I can say is the tub was huge and not expected. Per the picture online it was a short round soaker tub. In my room #831 it was a huge big box square tub from the 80’s.

I felt so comfortable especially all the attention from the staff. Very dog friendly. I liked the location everything is walking distance

This was my first time booking with Zelos hotel, and i can’t express how good the customer service here along with the sanitation that this place has. i will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Francisco.

We had a great stay at Hotel Zelos San Francisco this weekend! The location in Union Square is perfect—super close to shopping, food, and everything we wanted to explore in the city. The atmosphere of the hotel is modern and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Everything felt really easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Jeff at the front desk—he was incredibly kind and helpful. He made our early check-in experience smooth and went out of his way to take care of us, which we really appreciated after traveling. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again!
