Very helpful and friendly staff
We had booked a room at a nearby hotel through a hotel agency. When we got there it turned out that there was no booking! And we received no help or understanding of our situation. What do we do now? We quickly booked the closest hotel, and it was Zeppelin. And what a difference!! Incredibly nice and helpful person at the reception. Very nice hotel. Highly recommended.

Delightful hotel in lovely area of SF
A freely welcome from very helpful Maria, who upgraded our room and offered all amenities for free. The room was very comfortable and quiet with excellent ensuite. Hotel decor was great, too.

This is such a delightful hotel downtown San Fransisco. Excellent value and the reception, in particular Maria, has been very helpful and welcoming. Room is very comfortable and made our first days in the US easy. Thankyou.
