Check in was excellent and they accommodated our early arrival. Room: Small but spotless. I loved the quiant bathroom. Customer service: Bell hop was our faves! Restaurant: Not my go to for breakfast and extrememly overpriced. : / $40 for a scrambled egg, one bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. Location: Stellar!

Very clean modern hotel in the middle of union Square. We appreciated the ample on-site security. It made us feel safe in SF. Very pleased with the Beacon SF.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! I had the opportunity to meet with Jenn, the event manager, to tour some of the available spaces. Jenn was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had all the information I needed. She took the time to walk me through each space, highlighting details that would matter most for planning an event. Her expertise and personable approach made the entire meeting not only productive but enjoyable. The combination of the team’s hospitality and Jenn’s dedication left a lasting impression and I can't wait to come back here for the event and on personal travel.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. The reception area was warm and friendly. Our room was a good size and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Alex delivered our luggage to our room and was very welcoming… pleasant and interested in our journey… he made us feel very welcome after such a long flight. Thank you Alex.
