Very nice hotel and very friendly and nice staff. The room was tidy and clean. The location is perfect for the city trip. Many good restaurants nearby. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My booking agent messed up and booked me the wrong room. The staff here are awesome that they helped me solve the problem. They really made my day! Much thanks to Ridhi, Katia, Charles!

I stayed at The Marker Union Square twice in a 10-day period and both times were great. The second time felt like coming home with everyone welcoming me back. The whole staff was great but I want to highlight the lovely gentleman who works as a porter / bellhop. His smile welcomed me at the door every day and his service was outstanding when I had a special request regarding a luggage pickup. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable, I enjoyed the free morning coffee and the happy hour at Tratto or sitting by the fireplace in the lobby. I am thankful that they made an early check in possible after arriving from a red-eye flight. The hotel is well located near Union Square, but be aware that the area can be a bit sketchy at night.
