My husband and I stayed here on our first trip since having a baby. I was a little nervous I’d be a wreck, but Ridhi, the woman who helped us at the front desk, was so sweet and reassured me I needed a break. We would honestly stay there again because of Ridhi. She also gave fantastic recommendations on local restaurants. It was a great stay that was very needed.

I stunningly vintage hotel in a great location with a gorgeous decor restored Italianate style. Rooms beautiful and unique. Mirrors and fireplaces and library do lovely. Felt intimate and comfortable with delicious Tratto restaurant and a staff to treat you like you are truly important to them. First rate hotel.

It is a very homie accommodation with characters. The staffs were amazing. We were well greeted during check in and every time we pass the lobby. They make our experience in SF memorable. Special thanks to all the staff team, especially Melinda. We will definitely come back on our next trip to SF.

Lovely hotel, very grand. Beautiful interior and clean. Hotel room was spacious, accommodated our needs. Staff were attentive and helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee each morning was a bonus. Great location for Union Square shops.

Great location, wine coupon for the attached restaurant. In my room was a hand written note and a bag of San Francisco Cashew Carmel popcorn. These touches will have me returning every time I visit!
