Everyone super personable. The hotel and rooms were excellent. The Tratto restaurant was also fabulous. Charles at the front desk was like our personal concierge. The lobby has two warm and inviting spaces to hang out. Perfect location too.

Well located in union square. Fantastic atmosphere. Exceptionally clean . Special mention to Charles and his team on reception who made our stay that extra bit special with his great knowledge of the city guiding us to some great places to eat. Always making time to check how we were doing on our stay.

Throughly enjoyed my 2-night experience. The front desk staff and bellman were very nice and informative. Huge shout out to Charles! Thank you for the dinner recommendations at Tratto!
