The Marker San Francisco

This hotel was amazing for the price point. Great location for all SF activities. We arrived at the end of a spring break trip that included 4 hotels. Hands down this was the best. From the moment we enterer the front desk staff was gracious and welcoming. Special shout out to Dhali Robinson who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He got us in our room early, wine coupons and all the info we needed to relax and feel good about our choice. I have stayed at The Fairmont and Stanford Court & now prefer The Marker. We briefly met Charles on our last night and he was equally friendly and welcoming. Hats off to The Marker!

Stayed at the Marker during RSA and it was fantastic. The room was comfortable, felt safe, close to Union Square and Moscone Center. But the staff is what made the stay memorable. Charles, Dhali, and Priscilla were amazing. Kind, helpful, welcoming - the list goes on. I wasn’t in my room much, being in town for work, but they were always friendly and helpful. I’ve traveled to many hotels and worked front desk as well, and can honestly say they were some of the best I’ve dealt with in a long time.

A great base for exploring San Francisco. Comfortable room and friendly staff in a good location. Within walking distance from lots of shops, restaurants and bars and access to the cable cars etc.

Great staff, beautiful common spaces and a nice room made our stay wonderful. Got a great deal through our Amex so it was an easy choice. The good reviews were legit and we will be back. Tasty free coffee and tea in the morning. Bonus there is an authentic French bakery one block away called Carousel Bakery that is a “must do” if you visit!
