Phenomenal experience - I hope you get to meet Charles on the front desk!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive you're made to feel welcome and are treated like a member of the family. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are second to none. A special mention goes to Charles who was the highlight of my stay. His friendly, personable, and gregarious nature made it such a joy to stay here. He is a credit to the The Marker and deserves the upmost praise. The Marker is going to be my hotel of choice when coming to San Francisco - I look forward to booking my next stay here!

This hotel was great! Good location, rooms were clean and the hotel itself was beautiful, but what really made my stay was the front desk manager Dhali and Gabriel F. I won a 2 night free stay with The Marker and I expected to be met with stale service, but I was met with excitement and the best customer service I’ve ever received at a hotel. Being met with that excitement and kindness at the front really elevated my stay here and made it a great weekend for my partner and I. Thank you Dhali and Gabriel F! You both helped make my weekend stay with The Marker memorable.

Spacious and comfy!
Great value for price. Huge room, very clean and comfortable. Dhali, the front desk manager let us get in the room early and we were given a nice upgrade.

Warmest of welcomes from Mr. Gabriel Freitas at the front desk! He was genuinely happy to greet us, authentically friendly, and had many excellent suggestions for weekend activities for our little family. He was very kind, enormously helpful, and a true pleasure to chat with. Thank you Mr Freitas!

Charles at the lobby is truly exceptional. He’s always kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful, and he somehow makes every interaction feel easy and personal. Coming back to this hotel every evrning is always a pleasure largely because of him, he makes the place feel welcoming, familiar, and honestly, like home. It’s rare to meet someone who consistently brings such warmth and positivity to their work. Charles does exactly that, every single time.
