This was our first stay at the Marker but it won't be our last. We were greeted by the staff and treated very well by Dhali. We felt welcomed and taken care of during our check in. The hotel lobby is small, that is SF for you, but was pretty and well kept. Our room was a single king which had a fridge, closet, tv, bathtub and nice sized bathroom counter. There were no issues with noise whatsoever. We appreciated the complimentary waters and refillable station by the ice machine. For parking we used the Mason O'Farrell garage because it was close and had great reviews; would recommend over the other garages!

This hotel was old meets new in that the inside main lobby and stairs and were old style. We went end of November and the hotel was all decked out in its Christmas decorations that looked great. There was a library for people to relax in and the lobby had a real fire to sit around and relax in. The bedroom that we stayed in was spacious and very clean. We we very impressed that there were both shutters and curtains on the windows that let no light in. The room had everything in you need except for tea and coffee making facilities. It was very quiet and relaxing even thought it was only a 5 min walk to Union square. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Dolly. We had a great stay here and will go back.
