Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel

My mom and I stayed at the Parc 55 Hilton for a week, and every member of the staff we encountered at Cable55 was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire team helped make our stay a great experience. That said, I especially wanted to recognize Katie. We had the pleasure of seeing her several times during our stay, and she consistently went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always taking the time to make sure we had everything we needed. More than that, she made both my mom and me feel truly special, and her warm personality brightened our day every time we saw her. Outstanding service like Katie's is what turns a good trip into a memorable one. Thank you to the whole Cable55 and Parc55 team, and a very special thank you to Katie for making our week in San Francisco so enjoyable.

Parc 55 - San Francisco- Aurthe was great. We flew in from Chicago on May 24/25. Our flight was delayed and didn’t get to the rental car place at the airport until 1:00am. I called to make sure our 3 rooms would not get canceled. We didn’t get our cars until almost 4:00 am. I had called 3 times and Arthur made sure our rooms would not be canceled. Once we finally got to the hotel he included breakfast with our stay. He was so welcoming and made my day. After being up for over 24 hours and everything that went wrong at the airport, Arthur welcomed us to San Francisco and made our night.

We had visited here once before but I wasn't able to take in the experience with my family because I had major surgery. However while I was recovering, my mom and daughter raved about how wonderful their stay was and how wonderful the staff was. Especially Melonna and Tara in the morning. So much so 2 months later I asked my daughter where she wanted to go for her birthday and this hotel is where she wanted to be. This morning we came down for breakfast, greeted by the same kind smiling faces my family had met before, Melonna and Tara who also remembered my family and how nice they are and why they were visiting the last time. I appreciate the hospitality the staff has for my family I also appreciate the rapport my family has built with these ladies. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and the wonderful staff that you have here. We have deemed this our favorite hotel and will be back anytime we come to stay in San Francisco.

Overall, my experience here was great!! Ryan M. Was awesome with getting me upgraded to a room and making sure I had all the information I needed while staying at the hotel for a conference. He was super helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the city. It was walking distance to the conference and I’d highly recommend walking over to the Hilton rooftop bar. Amazing views and drinks. I absolutely loved the gym too! Very spacious with lots of equipment. All the employees were also polite and helpful. Would def stay here again!
