Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel

From the moment we arrived, we had a great experience. The bellman met us in the foyer upon entering the building, and delivered it to our room. The staff member at the front desk was extremely patient at check in when we had an unexpected issue. We otherwise felt safe, especially since the lobby is on the 2nd floor and a room key is required to use the elevators. If you happen to be out and return to the hotel after 10pm, then security guard is at the door requiring confirmation that you are a hotel guest. Within 24 hours of , I got a message asking if we were happy with everything, and if we needed anything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and secure. The only thing that was disappointing was the price of the food and the city noise we could hear from the street at night. However, if you have something to use as ‘white noise, it easily drowns it out. When back in town, we hope to be able to stay at Parc 55 again.

A beautiful hotel with great service. Located in the heart of the tourist area, it is a place we would use again. Our room (1764) was spacious with a standard layout. It has a coffee maker (not a Keurig), refrigerator, king bed, TV and desk. The bathroom is a tub with a shower curtain – excellent water pressure. Check in was fast & friendly and there are several restaurants in walking distance, although we used the hotel restaurant.

My wife and I chose this hotel for our anniversary, seeking a central location to explore the city's attractions, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Although our room wasn't ready upon arrival as expected, the front desk staff, Michelle and Carlton, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, turning a minor setback into a pleasant experience. They offered us complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited, setting a positive tone for our weekend. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a personalized anniversary card and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The cleanliness of the rooms and the active security added to our comfort, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful facility—such a refreshing place to walk into after unexpected travel delays. The front desk team was incredibly kind, and I’d especially like to recognize the manager on duty, Ryan. I made a mistake with my reservation, and he immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. I’ve worked in hospitality for many years, and it’s rare to come across someone who genuinely leads with warmth, patience, and a true desire to help. Ryan completely turned my trip around. I’m truly grateful for his kindness and can’t wait to come back.
