Parc 55 San Francisco – A Hilton Hotel is located in the heart of San Francisco, close to the Financial District and on the cusp of SOMA (South of Market). It is the perfect setting for a stay in the City by the Bay. Our hotel is also well connected to the city’s colorful neighborhoods so you can enjoy dining, cultural attractions and the local coffee shops. We are also just a short walk away from the Moscone Center and Union Square.

This hotel is fine. A mid-range (with luxury prices) Hilton close to Union Square. The rooms were comfortable, though even on the 20th floor we could clearly hear street noise. The housekeeping staff did not respect our DND tags, and would start knocking on the doors at 8am. We felt like every time we tried to eat or drink, we were being trapped to spend more money. Ordered a glass of wine - charged for 1.5 glasses bc we were "sharing" the glass ($35). Went to breakfast, told our 12 y.o did not meet the 5-12 children's pricing and then charged $6.50 for each small mug of hot cocoa. We had Gold status credits, and it was so confusing that it took the front desk ten min to figure out at check out and I still don't think it was correctly applied. Parking was $90+/night. I know this is a city hotel in an expensive city, but instead of offering an above average stay experience with city pricing, it felt like an average stay experience with a pay here button at every turn.

Arranged for two rooms both with decent city skyline views. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern on a high floor with convenient elevator system. Well equipped fitness center. At arrival misinformed at front desk about hotel benefit for Gold Honors Member, but later Ryan and Sarah made it right. Both were professional, the type of staff that you appreciate as a hotel guest. ! Had the generous healthy buffet breakfast. Parking at $80.00 for 24 hours quite steep, but allowed us to avoid parking at Wharf (known for car breakins).

The room was nice, and I loved the scent of the soap! But I had an issue with one of the front desk staff. I didn't get his name, but he was rude about me not using the food credit. I'm not interested in hotel restaurants and would rather try local places.

Easy access to hotel parking from airport. Friendly reception by car valet and check in. Elevators a bit confusing, choice of 7 and then your allocated one. A good location to visit sights. The evening meal was chaotic. One of us got the appetiser and main meal together the other waited 15 minutes before the hot main meal arrived with the cold appetiser. We were told it was due to lack of waiters. The breakfast was as good as others we hsve had. If you go there and eat make sure you tell them what you want. This is why I have marked them down.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, in a long time and would never have chosen this place on my own. Our company booked this hotel for us to be close to the convention center. This was, by far, the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in! It was so dirty, the chairs in my room should be used as wood for a fireplace, they are filthy. There was blood stains on my sheets (I didn’t notice until the morning because I came back to the room late and was tired and went to bed without checking but saw it in the morning when I woke up. The noise from the street is just awful, the windows need to be double paned. I checked out in the morning and moved to the Marriott. If management is reading this, you really need to do better or you will lose many more guests. You really need to upgrade the rooms, throw out the chairs and mattresses and do a complete remodel. Terrible experience!
