Great experience overall
We had a wonderful stay at Parc 55 San Francisco! The hotel’s location was very convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall experience was great. A special thank you to Melonna, who truly made our stay more memorable. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made a positive difference to our experience.

Great location
The best thing we believe is the location of the hotel as it was at the end cable tram and only 1 block walk away. The rooms were a little small but expected for a city centre hotel location. Breakfast was good but expense for $36 plus tax and tip. Friendly reception from staff at the hotel and rooms were clean and tidy.

There was a confusion with my reservation Ryan and manager Alex where helpful and kind to take care of it. It took a while (1 hour) but it worked
