Liebevoll eingerichtet Hotel und sehr nettes Personal. TollerAufenthsltsraum und Frühstücksraum. Toller antiquer Aufzug. Super Lage. Auf Knopfdruck gibt es ein gemütliches Kaminfeuer auf dem Zimmer. Wir sind froh, dass wir diese tolle Unterkunft gefunden haben.

A quaint, comfortable hotel with only 26 rooms and unique decor. The bed and pillows were of good quality, the room was spacious and very quiet. The wine/snacks get-together in the evening was a delightful added feature that made the experience special, especially with the attention from Francesco. The reception staff were also superb, with a special thanks to Lisette, Cody and Paris. We would definitely stay here again.

It's an absolutely recommendable hotel in San Francisco Downtown. It's employee's profesionalism, the hotel is pretty nice, perfect location, breakfast, cheese and wine included and cost/quality relation. A hotel I will repeat in my next stay at San Francisco.

This is a delightful, small, quirky hotel. First, it's in a nice location on Nob Hill, close to Union Square, Chinatown, Market Street, restaurants, & small markets. (If you like to walk, you will encounter SF's famous hills in several directions.) The security is good, with a locked front and staffed front desk. My room was surprisingly large, an eclectic mix of retro-cottage and London mod, with a modern white bathroom. The fun surprise was a working gas fireplace - just flip a switch. It's stocked w/a mini-fridge, bottled water, and Starbucks coffee. The amenities were generous: a wine-&-cheese happy hour (seemingly bottomless) and a buffet breakfast (including oatmeal for this gluten-free guest), served in a cozy sitting room. The staff were responsive and helpful, whether it was more coffee or navigating public transportation. A real value for the money.
