My Most Impressive Hotel Experience in Peru
I went into a whole new world at the Westin Hotel. The amenities and staff exceeded my expectations and this hotel is highly recommended once visiting Peru. The ambience lures you to fit into place and feels very comforting and relaxing. The food is not only cooked for your liking but the presentation is an eye opener. I feel wowed. The Christmas buffet dinner was fabulous. The variety and presentation of the buffet line was above par and very inviting - it is a touch of excellence. The staff ensured that you are satisfied and extend themselves to ensure you are served. A big thank you to Alexis (very courteous and helpful). Sarah took some time to talk with me about my experience and provided some tips on how to maneuver the altitude in Cusco for future reference - our short talk was informative and welcomed. Christmas day with Santa Clause was an impressive signature line. Santa was making good of the day and a cookie was not even expected. The hotel made the occasion festive, again exceeded my expectations. My room has been the biggest so far of all the hotels in Peru. It's nothing short of comfort and the view from the 17th floor is spectacular. My only regret is that my stay was short. I needed more time to explore the goodness of the hotel as I did not explored the spa and other amenities. I must commend the Operations Manager/Chief for an excellent job done to keep the hotel alive. The pictures online are only a statement of the amenities but the experience is far greater - it's a must do at the Westin

Great hotel, even better service!
Fantastic hotel with modern amenities. Everyone was very attentive, but Alexis Rodriguez was the best! We encountered him at breakfast and he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Lima before we headed off to Cusco.
