Great stay and good food
Hotel room is well laid out and very clean. Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Had a dinner for ten in the restaurant. Armands and Sarah were wonder servers and the food was rated great by all.

Well below expectations
For a 5 star hotel things were very lacking. We ordered 2 early breakfasts as we had a full day tour and only one was prepared, we ordered room service for a pot of coffee and after an hour cancelled it, tried to book a ‘dinner above the clouds’ advertised in the flyer & on website for all of January and nobody knew what we were talking about, ordered 2 cappuccinos by room service which came and they were appalling then we were charged 50SOL for them. The final straw was we tried to get an alcohol free beer whilst in the hotel and there was none available. Many people are in sobriety or trying not to drink when driving and it is incomprehensible this is not available in a hotel if this stature. On a very positive the staff were all amazing especially in the members club on level 29 and the pisco sour was their greatest. Breakfast in the restaurant was great with many options and good service.

Family day out
Ivonne, karla, Evelyn were all amazing and very nice to me and my daughter. Professsional staff and very clean facilites. I wasnt expexcting to get a massage but the warmth of the staff and atmosphere i decided to try. Very pleased. Will be back to not only go to the spa but to stay at the hotel

Security outside of the hotel needs improvement
This is an excellent hotel with fantastic food and an unbeatable location. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. However, enhancing the security measures outside the building would further improve the guest experience and provide complete peace of mind.

Exceptional experience on floor 29 offering outstanding views of San Isidro. Very professional, friendly and hands-on by waitress Sandra. Highly recommendable.
