The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center

Had a great stay at the Westin. Huge shout out to Jose Luis at the concierge desk who helped me out multiple times with restaurant recommendations, transportation and other ideas.

We chose this pool for its heated pool as we are lap swimmers. The swim area was warm and elegant. The pool length, at approximately 22 meters, was an acceptable compromise. The hotel is elegant and luxurious throughout. Staff service was very good and breakfasts were magnificent. On the downside, Lima is choking in traffic at all times of the day and night and this hotel is located on a major artery. You have to plan well to reach the airport on time.

My recent stay at The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center proved to be one of the Best Accommodations I’ve had the opportunity to experience. The entire staff from arrival to departure were as courageous, professional, welcoming, approachable, respectful & amazing as the architecture, food, local drinks entertainment, and ambiance, while also providing a safe and enjoyable experience. Everyone I at this hotel provided Top-Notch customer service, but I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to the most understanding and user friendly, professional concierge I have ever encountered “Jose Luis”. Jose was incredibly courageous, flexible & and extremely knowledgeable of the area, but he went above & beyond helping my team locate and coordinate the most enjoyable & safe leadership team building experience at the Country Club La Planicie even with short notice that we shall all remember & look forward to returning to on our next trip to Lima. Moreover, we were able to observe Jose interact with numerous people and he remained a consummate professional who provided consistent superb high quality customer service while remaining very helpful with all patrons which helped make my stay, and dare I say that of the other guests I witnessed, much more enjoyable!!! If anyone is interested in looking for a wonderful enjoyable satisfying experience regarding awesome accommodations while in Lima, Peru, I recommend The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center!!! Great food and best waitstaff. Jhon was wonderful. Beautiful hotel and love this neighborhood in Lima. Will visit again
