Priscila Gallo del Bar Alfo was the best great experience . She was really good about all the drink. She told us about Alcapone . And all the drinks. We really love her . She knows about all history about the drinks . She explains everything about it.

The restaurant 770 Great service incredible food. We had the breakfast buffet and there is lots options of food ala carte eggs and the buffet . Our waiter Christian Hernandez was great and super attentive .

Felicitaciones Everything worked well in every way. The services were offered at the best. Room service done by Mr Nilton was very professional, high-level, and in a very kind way. I would say that we had the same experience at the restaurant, front desk, messengers. This reflects how the hotel offers great training to its team. Amazing

In addition to your beautiful hotel and amenities, I would like to add my experience with one of your employees Manuel Vera. In my rush to catch a flight, I left a scarf behind in my room. I contacted the hotel via email and Manuel immediately responded. Yes, my scarf was noted as being left in the room and I asked Manuel if he would mail it to me. Manuel stated the details for processing my request and he followed my wishes. Ultimately, I decided I different route and thanked him for all of his efforts and professional handling of my situation. Manuel Vera is exemplary employee of Westin Lima, and I would request this to be noted in his file. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Pamela Semmel
